Clear Business provide genuine value for money offers on services. They let me know that my card rates were about to go up then got me a deal that actually saves me money. Excellent, friendly customer service. Ani was great and happy to take the time to talk me through the whole document process. And you get a contact email that actually works. I was made to feel a valued customer which is so important.

absolute awful internet I could never connect my computer to the broadband and when I phoned up each time I was told it must be my device thats the problem which I stated Ive never had problems with other providers in the past and they refused to send me an engineer out so Ive had no choice but to change providers I am now with sky and my computer connects straight away without any problems THANK FOR NOTHING CLEAR BUSINESS
My contract was due to expire 22nd Nov. I have sent emails in August, September and October all remain unresponded to and made two phonecalls to confirm I do not wish to renew. During both phonecalls this was acknowledged. Yet I receive a letter saying the will continue to provide on a standard tariff. I DONT WANT YOUR PHONE OR BROADBAND SERVICES
I spoke with James regarding providing services for my business and he was great. Very professional but friendly at the same time. Everything got sorted very quickly. I would recommend anyone speak with James if they are looking for a one stop shop.

We’ve had an intermittent problem with our phone line for around 3 weeks. As a small local hairdresser we rely massively on it working. At the start of the phone going down we were told by the ‘tech team’ to restart router etc. this would solve that issue but it would happen again. Then the phone stopped working completely. Phoned Tech team again which involves a lengthy wait & a cheeky member of staff, describing how a conversation works, she’s talks, I listen then I talk & she listens. Not sure when this became ok to speak to a customer like that! To be informed that we would require new equipment. That’s great I thought! I thought that clear business would understand the importance on a working line. I’m still waiting. Last fault reported on Tues. phoned bck on Wednesday & the equipment hadn’t been processed. Meaning that it hadn’t left the warehouse. We’re now 4+ business days on & still have no line. Asked to speak to a supervisor/line manager to be told that it could take 48 hours & No call back. Emailed customer services no reply either.

although their telephone system states opening office hours are 08:30 in the morning, they called me at home at 8:02 waking my partner a nurse who had worked all night and just retired to bed. how dare you, just the worst customer services of all the rotten telecoms company we are forced to deal with in my 40 years of business
The company administration of this company beggars belief, I have had 4 months of them not doing what they say they will do. Not returning phone calls when they say they will do. Taking months to refund money and sending out bills for large amount, which is in error but can't cancel it. Customer service has told me to cancel the direct debit as the only way of the company stopping taking money out of my account. I am sure the sage hasn't ended here. When I submit this review, I will get platitude writen by the company, please stop doing this and sort out your TERRIBLE business practices/ administration.

Nov 27,2024Absolute terrible company. Trying to change business details 3/4 months ago. Resulting in a phone line that is now restricted. Every time we speak to someone we get told something different. They haven't got a clue what is going on.
