Where do I begin...it started with being hounded to borderline harassment from a sales agent to join yourselves some years ago and we should have taken this red flag and blocked his number then we wouldn't be in this position wishing we'd never joined "Clear Business". Aside from the appealing discounted offers to join, nothing about our experience has been pleasant. We were offered a price match to BT, we were offered a contact buyout, and we were assured we wouldn't lose our service in the change over. We did not get any of these things. The price has continued to rise, mid contract (how is that even possible), to an extortionate rate, our contract buy out never appeared so this was months of issues and complaints at the time, we did lose our service, the phone wasn't transferred when it should have been, and these are just some of the historic issues up to now, all in our short 2 years. with yourselves. We've put up with the horrific increases in prices mid-contract because we're "in contract" and nothing could be done. Fees being added to our bill without permission that we've had to call up and have refunded. The now out of contract prices are ridiculous. We called yourselves in July to tell you we had sold the company and would be leaving the premises at the end of September. You told us we couldn't close the contract until we'd left the premises. We've filled in a change of tenancy agreement, despite there being no change of tenant, we've done this over the phone with you too, we've been assured this has been done yet when I called last week to ask the status of my account the account was still open and broadband still active, despite us telling you for months the date we were leaving the premises and to close our account. We were told we had to post the equipment back to you or the account would stay active. We posted the equipment back to you then today you returned it to our billing address for no reason. I've been on hold for over 50 minutes now trying to speak to someone all to get your equipment back to you. Something I quite frankly couldn't care less about and will not be paying for postage for a second time so you can collect it from the billing address if you so wish. I'm appalled at the way you treat your customers. I have an open complaint, which I will not be closing, until this is addressed properly, our account is closed, and proper compensation is issued.

Avoid clear business at all cost I took over a business electricity supply and tried to move suppliers thrr we y objected and insisted I become their customer first taking approx 1 month to sort for which I was charged in excess of £ 400 with very little electricity use approx 30 kWh after paying their extortionate bill they have now sent another for £18 for not paying by direct debit which they had not set up Had similar problems with them when trying to move phone lines again I would suggest avoid at all cost

Clear Business should be taken to task by Trading Standards as they are anything but clear! They do not answer the phones making it impossible to contact them and as a result we are currently paying exorbitant rates as we are now out of contract. I have spent several hours trying to reach them by phone to no avail and they do not respond properly to emails. They only phoned me today as I sent several emails stating that I need to speak to them urgently to cancel my contact and cannot get through on the phone and their agent rang to discuss my phone not working so they don't even read the emails correctly! That agent put me through to another agent who was worse than useless who also explained he could discuss my telephone account when I had been very clear that its our Electricity contract I need to cancel as they have auto renewed it whist I've been trying to cancel it. This is in addition to them telephoning me and putting me on hold whilst they obtained some information to have a different agent pick up the call who had no idea who I was or what the call was about despite them phoning me and already being cleared through security. Absolutely shocking that a telecommunications company cannot communicate on the most basic level! Having just read some of the other reviews by others experiencing problems trying to end their contracts, I agree they make it extremely difficult to leave. I will be taking this up with Ofgem. Cannot say strongly enough DO NOT use! this company!!!

These people are 22 carat scam merchants I don't use voice don't like it I ordered broadband and they now trying to bill me for voip their customer service sucks they are just a horrible company stay away at all cost every time I speak to these people I end up in an argument because of their attitude I no longer want any services from Clear Business I was a sales Business development manager for 20 years for different companies selling products and services so I know mis selling is ilegal they did that a lot back I. The day I Don't do voice why would I order voip I'm with cleartone communications they offered it to me I tried It didn't like I no longer want your services or products

I renewed my business telecoms and Broadband. Sameera Iqbal was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. She explained all the options very well. I am very satisfied with her professionalism and Customer service. I am not the review type of guy but had to do for her as she been fabulous. Many Thanks

A dreadful company from start to finish! And it’s still not over - I still have an account which according to them is closed but they are charging me for the fact I have closed my DD down they are charging me for not having a DD set up! Dreadful awful experience stay away!
