Awful. Left my premises in July and submitted all my paperwork ahead of the arranged date and was assured I had done everything I needed to do for the account to go back to the landlord. Fast forward to October and I am still getting 2 or 3 threatening messages or phone calls per day from collections claiming I owe money. Every time I phone them they assure me it is resolved. The next day without fail the messages start up again threatening debt collection. Cannot get rid of them no matter what. Opened a complaint, they called me to tell me they had fixed it and could they close the complaint. I agreed. Next day more phone calls from collections. Editing to add - they chased this up as a result of seeing this review, and for a few weeks I stopped being harassed by debt collection, however I have just received another bill through today 12th November - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!

Enquired about a broadband deal online, within minutes got a call from Anthony Clarke who sorted it all out and made sure I was happy with all the deals and offers, honestly so happy knowing it’s all sorted now and don’t have to worry about using multiple company’s for everything I need. He was lovely and made the 1 hour phone call lovely and made sure i understood every single part of the documents to the offers, couldn’t recommend him anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would... I switched over after I completely lost signal with my current Vodafone sim card (not ideal for my business that relies on signal), I got an O2 SIM card through Clear Business. Initially I spoke to Anthony Clarke who set me up. Sounded too good to be true and boy I should have listened to my intuition. I signed a contract that specified it would be £24 a month including VAT. My first monthly charge came out at £37 so I rang up. Not only did I have to be transferred to about 4 different departments, I had to continuously ring these people up over the next two weeks. And of course, I got told by the first person that it was a £24 discount and I should not have been told that it would be £24 a month. The guy apologized said he couldn't discount further but could cancel the contract for free. Great, sounds perfect to me. I got the PAC code, transferred my SIM over to Voxi who are way cheaper and actually provides me signal (Vodafone seems to be the best in my area, whereas O2 I lost signal everywhere). Phoned Clear Business again to request that contract cancellation as my SIM has been cancelled with them already. And here's where MORE problems enter the situation. I've spoken to another 3 departments now who naturally can't do anybody's job, my contract has still not been cancelled, the sales operative submitted a claim for me because that's how they would have to cancel the contract apparently and he said it's very black and white, you've obviously been mis-sold. Told me the complaints team would get in touch (they haven't surprise surprise). Then they send me my next bill which says it's £24. Unfortunately this is FAR TOO LATE clear business. So I ring them again, get told by the finance team that it gets approved a month prior but don't worry I won't be charged because the contract has been cancelled. Funnily enough this morning, the £24 has been taken out of my bank. I AM SICK TO DEATH OF DEALING WITH THIS! This company sucks and they'll wangle money out of you however they can , by using dishonesty, mis-selling information and bad customer service. I will be spending my final day of holiday continuously phoning them trying to get a hold of the manager so I can give him an earful. Clear Business maybe try redeem yourself and ring me asap TODAY. I am extremely unhappy. If this doesn't get cleared up I will be contacting the OMBUBSMAN and any other financial authority I can get a hold of. I have no cancelled the direct debit, I expect a £24 refund within the next week.

We have been forced to change our card machine from Clear Business as they are upgrading to Worldpay. The whole process has been very difficult and has caused a great deal of hassle. The amount of emails sent don't provide clear information regarding the whole set process, it just over complicates the whole process. Clear business don't have clear answers to any problems and just pass you over to Worldpay. I would never use again.

Another company that you can not get to understand that you no longer have the premises. Cancelled my water - gave my last water reading and the information of new tenant - I have spoken to the company on different occasions and still getting emails 2 months later telling me they have cancelled the transfer to new supplier! I don't care - I am not there - they cannot understand I have cancelled! UPDATE: 23/10 Finally after 2 months, multiple phone calls, receiving letter and also 3 letters in one day from their Retention Team and really annoying them on their chat, after speaking with them in the same day. Ryan finally took responsibility for my account and now I feel less stressed that I have actually got past the service team that do nothing! Let's hope now all will go well and I will be clear of this company. Thankyou Ryan!!!

Nightmare!!! Not implementing the package I have signed up for going round in circles call after call, they never come back to you. Absolutely shocking.

A terrible company to deal with. Be warned.. phoning and e mailing them is futile. They are a nightmare to deal with. I did have contracts for electricity, phone and water.. just water to switch now and they are objecting !!!, despite giving notice twice now well in advance of contract notice period… will be glad to no longer have them as a supplier for any service.

What an absolute nightmare for any business. Unless you can afford to spend hours at a time just trying to get to speak to someone. They just don’t answer the phone. My latest call was 37 mins listening to music and a message saying someone would answer my call shortly, before I eventually gave up. And that was my third day trying to get through. Eventually I got someone to answer by selecting the option for leaving them. Then was transferred to billing team who answered eventually but then they just cut me off again. Tried again and was just cut off instantly. All this hassle while trying to sort out an astronomical bill for a property that had been empty for a month. Charging £2.50 per day for energy plus other charges. Actual energy used was only £11.36 but they want to charge us £100.88 plus vat! Then another bill, usage was £12.96 but want to charge us £105.36 + vat! Avoid like the plague. You can’t even get an email address or anywhere to complain to. Lots of threatening letters and bills but no way to speak to anyone to sort it out. Would only offer a better tariff if we paid off the ridiculously over priced bill first! All for when the shop was not even occupied. Looks like the only option now is to register a formal complaint with the ombudsman and contact Watchdog.

zero stars isn't an option unfortunately. I have had an absolute nightmare with Clear Business since it and another utility company I used merged. Trying to get it sorted has been a waste of life. Lots of calls taking forever. I'm 43 minutes into the latest call and the music is horrendous. Each time I speak to an advisor I get different information. I thought my problems had been sorted in June but here we are. 1 hour 12 minutes now and still hanging in there. Getting passed to 3rd advisor. New music but not much better. My advice would be use a different company! Update: call ended after1 hour 36 minutes and nothing is resolved.
