Very friendly people to deal with, all queries answered promptly - even when I asked late Saturday afternoon. Guitar kit yet to be assembled, but after an initial check everything seems good quality and in perfect condition. Highly recommended

I have always had a very speedy response and can say that these guys/this guy is on the ball. I'm still waiting on the guitar kit which apparently is in a container in the North Sea, I just hope it's on a ship otherwise it is on the seabed!
