Aug 04,2017I know looking for tax professionals for help can be very taxing (pun). Who to choose? How much is it going to cost? Can I trust them? How long is this going to take? Should I work directly with the IRS? We have no reservations on recommending Community Tax Professionals to anyone with any tax issues. Our relationship was a long continued one, with very complex tax issues. They were able to ultimately resolve a very stressful 7-year tremendous financial pitfall for us. We are extremely thrilled with their service and our outcome. I know Community Tax is not the only Professional Tax Services Company out there, but I really don't know if my outcome would have been duplicated. I chose right the first time. I would literally be in tears if I had to go through this 2 or 3 times trying to find the right tax professionals. Just sayin'...Don't take that chance... We don't really expect a Xmas card from them, but they can expect a Xmas card from us! (Their service was also a teaching moment for us. One will forever share) I know I'e been 'long in tooth', but truly thankful.

Jul 20,2017For those just getting started its important that you understand that IRS tax problems won't go away in a hurry. I have had CT by my side for about 3 years now. When i say by my side they have been incredible in that department. During the process (like i said, about 3 yrs) life, business, daily issues goes on. So when the IRS bumps you during that period you find yourself scrambling for that "where the hell are we at on this". and that deer in the headlights look on your face, CT always had an answer and the next move on the chess board. Getting in touch with today's account manager on your account can be difficult with any business and unfortunately it seemed no different for CT. They're very team oriented and keep very deep notes on your status. So when those moments reared their ugly heads they were always there with accurate, up to date "what do we do now." With that said, i would recommend them highly. BTW ......with their professional negotiation skills, my offer in compromise... $500....... $37,500 short of the original bill from the IRS. May 31,2017I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Community Tax! I worked with Daniel Urban and he has truly helped us reset our lives financially! We hired Daniel many months ago with a tax liability of almost $300k after a 22 month audit with the IRS that left us nearly broke. We spent over $100k in legal bills to fight the audit and couldn't pay our taxes as well. After talking with several companies, Daniel Urban assured me that we had a case for an Offer in Compromise and he thought we could win. It took almost 2 years, because the IRS dragged their feet, but Daniel was right and was able to get our debt reduced from $313,000 to just $26,000 and our case was closed! They communicated regularly with us, kept me calm and ensure me that it would be worth the wait to stay the course...even when I wanted to offer the IRS more just to make them go away!
