Jul 21,2023I'll be honest, when I applied with Concept I thought we would be declined because we had adverse credit history, but I thought why not. The worst they can do is say no. Within 30 minutes of speaking to a lovely man called Kieran, he had my finance pre-approved and I had a train ticket booked from Lincoln to Manchester to go and choose my car. It was all a bit of a whirlwind. When I said I'd be getting the bus from the train station to the showroom, Kieran offered to pay for a taxi. Offered to get lunch for my son as we travelled so far and got us all a drink. Choosing the car, I had no idea what I wanted, as I don't know much about cars. I knew I needed to fit a pram and I would be commuting a lot between Manchester and Lincoln. My father in law came with me to offer advice but when Kieran showed us the car I chose (which I would never have considered) it ticked all the boxes. A trip around the block on a test drive and I knew that was the one. To top it off just before we left they added a little extra diesel and Kieran even PERSONALLY cleaned my car. I cannot thank you enough. After a LONG journey home tonight my daughter skipped home from school to ask if we can go for a drive and I took her McDonald's. Seems really mundane right?! But it made her happy. All the other children have been able to do this for years but she could only ever get it if we went on a specific shopping trip on public transport. Now she's excited for beach days, camping trips.... She's going to have the best summer ever and it wouldn't have been possible without your help!
