Same as with last Chanel bag. This time a silver gucci bag. I used code but discount not taken off and still do not have. DHL useless. I ask for 8am to 5 pm delivery. DHL make no effort and I have no idea where my bag is. And no one cares. I am disgusted and very disappointed

Like some others here, I consigned an item which was either sold or lost. Never got paid. Several emails have gone unanswered. At one point they requested my bank payment details but that did not result in getting paid.

This shop is amazing! I’m visiting and I just happened to see it. I saw a bag I really liked and I’m thinking of purchasing. The stuff was very helpful and Dimitri in particular has been exceptional with showing the item and being friendly with his great positive attitude

I’ve shopped with CSD before and had items delivered to my home with no issues, but this time I decided to pick up my order in-store as I was visiting London. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. One of the staff members, a female with a fringe (of colour - I am of colour as well, so it is not racism), was incredibly rude. At one point, she nearly hit me with a bag she was moving off the floor, glared at me, and walked off without any acknowledgment. When I mentioned this to her colleague, the response was, "Sorry, but we are overworked." When she returned with my order, it was clear she had overheard the conversation, yet there was still no apology or attempt to address the situation. She simply handed me the bag with a curt “Here you go.” I left the store feeling frustrated, and halfway down Marylebone Lane, I regretted not returning the item and asking for a refund. If fulfilling customer orders makes the staff feel overworked and leads to such poor treatment, perhaps they need fewer customers to make things happier for everyone involved! A disappointing visit to what I had previously thought was a reliable brand.
Popped into the Notting Hill store, to a warm wonderful welcome - CSD had fabulous items… in great condition was a pleasure looking through. Super comfortable environment to try and have a good look around. All three lovely ladies Dominique, Ishtar and Aisha gave myself and my cousin the best service really friendly honest advice .. felt like your shopping with professional stylist friends amazing experience we had such a laugh ..brought a cute pair of sunglasses perfect condition … looking forward to going back!
Lovey workers all very helpful. A wonderful environment. Lola and Dimitri were very attentive to what I was asking for and I got the perfect bag thanks to them. In addition, it was vey welcoming and everything in store were quality items.

Though I was shopping with a small person I had great care and attention from Lola and Kimi, as well as scoring a great bag at a fantastic price. Will return and keep up to date with their new pieces. Great experience!
Been a consignor here since 2022, but recently became a shopper. Loved everything I’ve purchased here. They source out the most unique handbags that are timeless. During my trip in I was assisted by a lovely brunette woman who just started working for the company three weeks ago… seems like she’s been there for ages based off her luxury retail knowledge.
The five stars are for Joya. Always responds, always actions requests promptly and efficiently. Sadly, the same cannot be said for the accounts team. Payments due are with held, not complying with policy. Have to ask Joya to help….. repeatedly!!

I stupidly consigned more items with CSD as last time I managed to get what they owed me and I thought they had cleaned up their act. However, they are still stealing from sellers by keeping all the money from sales. I have requested payment several times for sold items but they are ignoring me. Don’t consign with CSD, they’ll rip you off. Don’t buy from CSD, they’re selling what are basically stolen goods. The only choice I have left is to go to one of the stores and make a fuss in person. Having read the response from CSD I rechecked my bank account (I checked just prior to writing my review and there was no payment). They have now paid for one pair of shoes, which were sold on September 22. So it took over 6 weeks, many emails and a Trustpilot review for me to be paid.
Consigning some of my preloved items with CSD has been a wonderful experience, thanks to attentive and supportive staff members like David and Ekin. So glad to have chosen CSD to consign my pieces!
Brought them my handbag in Nov 2023. Never heard anything, thought to check their website in June to see if it was listed there. It wasn't, so I emailed them. They insisted the item was listed; I had to send them a screenshot to prove it wasn't there. Then without further commentary they sent me a statement showing that my bag had in fact been sold and that my payment was pending. That was 5 months ago and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received neither a payout nor a response to any of my emails. At this point it seems they've stolen my bag. I wish I had just given it to charity instead.
Amazing experience at the Notting Hill store! Had the pleasure to spend some time with Aysha and Annabel (hope i got the names right!) - went in to just have a look and ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes, 2 handbags and a pair of jeans. They were truly great, very happy to chat and genuinely cared about my experience in the shop - asking questions and giving opinions. Will definitely be returning! Thank you girls!
