Apr 04,2023PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS In January I had a new front door fitted, once the door was fitted I was informed the door was damaged. After a while coral agreed to supply a new door, the new door arrived about 6 weeks later AGAIN DAMAGED. Since then I’ve been chasing coral for an update and I’ve had no update from them just promises to call back then nothing.. customer service is shocking. I have followed complaints procedure still no resolution! Avoid !!

Mar 31,2023Straightforward and honest sales process with no hard sell promising discounts if sign up on the day. Just a quote given and left with us to decide at our leisure. Good price (in sale). Very good product (composite doors and window), installation carried out on the day agreed, looks very nice and seems good product now it is in place. Further good point is that no payment is required until installation is complete

Mar 23,2023Our roofline was done by Andy and Yestyn from Coral. New fascias soffits and gutters. They did an excellent job and it looks great. They really took pride in the quality of their work and doing it properly, paid attention to the details, explained what they were doing us throughout together with any options. Very professional and clearly good at what they do. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Mar 06,2023Great service Very quick and was kept updated on when the surveyor was coming and the fitter Love my new door We looked at lots of different suppliers but Coral had great reviews and loved their contemporary door choices. The fitter was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. It was nice to see an older gentleman coming to do the fitting he was very experienced and it fits perfect and looks amazing It’s actually so much warmer than my old new build door Thanks Coral will defo use you for our new windows when we change

Mar 03,2023Really impressed with Coral Windows, we had our door replaced last year and returned this year to have our windows replaced. The service from start to finish has been impeccable. Our windows were a little tricky to install but this wasn't a problem. The fitters were very professional, they arrived promptly and did an outstanding job! Our installation date had been moved due to illness, but once again the communication has been brilliant and reassuring. I will always recommend Coral windows. Thank you to Paul and your team.

Mar 02,2023We already had a Coral conservatory and decided to improve it by having a new solid roof installed. Once a price had been agreed everything went quite smoothly. The installation team were excellent and as promised took off the old roof and installed sufficient of it to make the job waterproof all in the first day. The team were polite, respectful, knowledgable, hard working and overall did an excellent job. I would recommend Coral to anyone wanting this type of conversion. We chose Coral because of our experiences with the company on the installation of the conservatory and on the subsequent installation of two composite doors elsewhere in the bungalow. Having now installed a new carpet and decorated the conservatory it feels like another lounge rather than just a conservatory.

They arrived promptly and carried out the work professionally , they were friendly and polite and really took pride in their work, so much so that they noticed a mark on the door before I did but the made a call and someone came out to fix it asap. I'm very happy with the door and windows and they look fab, I will definitely recommend this company .

Feb 11,2023As at least one other person has said on the reviews, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The actual building teams were EXCELLENT - the team who removed the existing structure and laid the foundations, and the team who built the porch - both were exemplary, a credit to Coral and a pleasure to talk to. And importantly they did an excellent job and we have a great porch. Coral loses a star though for the sales/survey/design/back office team who I was much less impressed with. Great porch though.

Feb 11,2023Called them for a quote in January during the sales. Some guy showed up to take measurements, discuss colours etc. Advise him that I want a few quotes for a few options and finance models. Few weeks later get a call asking how I was getting on. I'd not heard anything yet so guy on phone digs around and gives me a quote for more than if expected. But it was not for what I'd asked for. He said he'd come back to me. Bearing in mind January was slipping away and he claimed I'd still benefit from the sales. Week later, call back with quote, which was OK but I had to decide in 2 days. I'd already advised I'm not interested in being pressed, and he arrogantly suggested that real pressure would be telling me to decide then. I asked him yet again to send the quotes and models to me. He sent 2 prices, no financial models, no options, just a (admittedly cheap) quote... Not impressed at all. If they don't listen when getting my custom, how can I expect any kind of service during or after any work. No thanks.

The window fitters were friendly and helpful and wen the extra mile to ensure that our home was protected during the installation.
