Jan 30,202310 years ago I used Coral to replace an old conservatory and found them to be very professional so I had no hesitation in going to them to put a solid roof on the same conservatory. The gentleman that came out to give us a quotation was the same as I had dealt with 10 years prior as was the surveyor, this shows to me that Coral is a company that values its staff as they stay. The process from start to finish (4 days in al) was straightforward, professional and the two workmen were very knowledgable and their workmanship was fantastic. If I require any further works in the future I will have no hesitation in going directly to Coral.

Jan 26,2023Products are great but be careful who fits them. We had two crews first day, one set were great, the others not so great, damaging tiling in a bathroom and not admitting to it. Good crew had to spend an extra day resolving first crew issues and then on last day the bay windows did not fit as had been measured incorrectly. Was then told it would be 12 days before a replacement frame would be ready, when it arrived it did not match the opposite window in the bay. Finally resolved today but no apology for inconvenience and incompetence plus a refusal to fix bathroom damage referring to terms and conditions. I run my own company and have always believed in good customer service, sadly I have not received this from Coral. 01/02/2023 Addendum - Called Wendy on 27/01/2023 and she informed me to expect a call from a Director - still waiting 14/02/23 Letter received from Instalation Manager today

Jan 18,2023Rang on 14th January regarding a window that we needed to change, the guy who answered said someone would ring back, alas they did not. Rang back 16th January, woman who answered said someone would ring back, again no-one bothered. What a pathetic and disgraceful way to treat customers, I will never use them again and will tell all my family and friends to avoid at all costs

Jan 06,2023From the outset I was impressed with Coral, I was getting quotes from a few companies and Coral, by far, were the best in terms of price, respectfulness, and not being non-pushy. I was booked in quickly to have my windows replaced, the men who came to do the fitting were very friendly and polite and did a great job. My new windows are lovely and make a huge difference to my house. I fully recommend this company.

Jan 03,2023My existing conservatory was removed and replaced with a tiled effect garden room with glass roof panels and full height glass, all within timeframe, the team were excellent, professional and helpful with any queries. I would recommend Coral, they have created a wonderful new extension. I would note that when drawing up plans, the design is 'walked through' at the property to the exact centimetre (where doors open out to etc) to ensure the end product meets the customer's vision and any changes made by surveyor are also walked through and not just a verbal discussion or drawings.

Dec 30,2022About two years ago we ordered triple glazing for the whole house: a large house with many windows and doors. The installation went badly, as one window was broken in the process, one double door was installed wrong, there were gaps between the frames and the floors and ALL vents were leaking air like crazy. The company made all the right noises: They send a guy to inspect, and they sent a team (and a second team after that) to repair. The results were: A house with triple glazing that cost the earth, and a feeling of being in the open air, as air flows freely from the window vents and from the bottom of the entrance door. And this is what we have to do: 1. We had to put MASSIVE amount of silicone between the floor and the frame of the entrance door. So massive, that it looks like the great wall of silicone. 2. We had to seal some of the vents with SELLOTAPE. I understand that the law states that you have to have vents. The design of the Coral Windows' vents is so so bad, that replacing them did not do anything, and we had to seal with Sellotape. Yes: Sellotape. And because of the hideous shape of the vents, the tape cannot be discreet, or seal it properly. The reason I wake up now to write the review: The cost of energy is so high now (December 2022) that I cannot keep my house warm. (I was considering taking them to court, but the law is not on my side, as it require a complicated method to determine if the windows are fit for purpose, which normal people cannot employ. If I could get a judge to visit the house, I would be getting all my money back in an instant). DO NOT USE THEM unless you do not care about your heating bills.

The last installation was on a Saturday as we needed it to be completed before other contractors arrived on the Monday. Very happy to recommend them and would go straight back to them if we need more!.

Nov 16,2022There were issues with the appointment with the rep who failed to turn up on the agreed date so had to reschedule and the installation date was cancelled on the day that the windows were due to be fitted. However, the three man team that fitted the windows were excellent, all done in one day, no damages and no mess.
