Nov 01,2022The date for replacing my new front door had to be rescheduled with less than an hour's notice due to me being unwell but Coral were very good about it and the installation was done the following day. The men arrived early and work was carried out efficiently. They had forgotten their vacuum cleaner but there was hardly any mess to clear as they had laid a dustsheet on arrival. Very happy with the work done and would recommend Coral to anyone.

The quality & appearance of windows are excellent, can’t believe the difference they make already from inside & they have had some horrid weather thrown at them. Highly recommended.

Oct 25,2022We are fully completed now and the guys have done an amazing job. These guys didn't even take a lunch break they didn't sit around they just got on with building Cups of tea and biscuits they loved We are in the final stages of the build been done of our conservatory. Just a few more days it will all be done. The horrible wet weather did delay them but they called us and kept touch which was brilliant. They keep you up-to-date from start to finish. When we ordered in July it was about a 5 month wait due to demand but we were lucky to get a cancellation and it's nearly done just in time for Christmas. Each person who visits calls prior to let you know when they are coming as you have different people for each bit. Can't fault the hits so far absolutely amazing. Can't wait for the end of the week for all to be completed.

Oct 20,2022Installed french doors including knocking out wall under picture window. Also new Golden Oak composite door at the front. Very efficient from sales to final fitting. Fitters we’re prompt efficient, putting dust sheets down and vacuum cleaning.

The team that came to fit the windows and doors were first class, their knowledge and experience made life very easy and stress free and they were nice people. The fact that we didn't have to pay a penny until everything was finished gave us the confidence to place the order. We would definitely buy from them again.

Oct 19,2022The company was prudent: allowing 2 days for a job (it could have taken that long) although it actually only ended up taking one. The team forgot to bring skirting, but used leftover hardwood from the windowsil we'd asked for to make good the skirting that needed to be put in. The plasterwork could have been a bit smoother! However, seriously this is no worry for us and it was only a bit rough close to the floor. The bricks aren't a perfect match to those used to make our house, but they're not bad, and we have some left over which will help them blend in when we use them in a future project. They took the carpet up and cut it back as you'd expect. They've done a really nice job with the silicone seal all around the inside. The black putty used around the outside isn't perfectly smooth but it looks like it should more than do the job. More than all of this, the upgrade from what we had before (2013 newbuild dreadful doors that cut out half the light and dropped on their hinges to the point we could see a crack of daylight through them/never shut properly!)... Is AMAZING. Say goodbye to fat PVC frames! They also paid attention when we said "Indoor cats" and "desperate to be able to open the top window fully as an option but somehow latched so they can't get out at other times" and they fit us a mechanism (sorry can't remember proper term) that stops the window from opening fully unless you release it. Our cats are safe! The window was left clean. The work area was clean after rain. We asked if we could keep the tarpaulin when they said they usually throw them away after use, and so we've got that too. We painted almost a week later, and unfortunately that just goes to show that their plasterwork was much better than whoever did the house originally, lol! It stands out for looking so much nicer! Very happy with all the help. Love our new just-fat-enough-to-sit-on windowsil. The cats love it even more and it's already helped with some behaviour issues we had. It's given us more use of the space we have (we've moved furniture around) and we are incredibly grateful. On top of this we're starting to notice how the house is seemingly warmer than it would usually be for the time of year. Whether that's the newer version of triple glazing, or the simple fact that there is now no draft (previous doors didn't shut properly) I couldn't tell you but we've noticed! All in all very relieved. Had a slight hiccup with the satisfaction survey not being sent with the invoice (meaning the loan didn't get set up for a week), and the invoice saying we'd had no windowsil (which we had), but all solved without issue same day I noticed. No extra charge for the invoice having been wrong - we paid what we were quoted and were assured no more would be asked. Just remember if you have any issues: call them don't expect them to be psychic. Our neighbours apparently had a door fitted and there was some kind of a problem, but they decided to wait until they saw them visiting us for a job to try to tell the team working on our job about it, as if they could arrange the fix or do it there and then. They've got lots of other jobs to go to, it really is better to ring.

Oct 18,2022Can't fault Coral Windows from start "quote" to final invoice. I had originally tried to source local as in this day and age I thought it would be the right thing to do, but after contacting a few local companies asking for someone to come and quote I either: 1- Heard nothing back from my enquiry 2- Someone came to measure up but never quoted 3- I received a basic nondetailed quote etc etc So I thought sometimes you just have to go to the big boys believing this would be a "cold" faceless service ......... but how wrong I was. From the first call I received from my enquiry through to paying the invoice I can't explain how stress free it was to work with everyone at Coral! In addition, no payment - not even a deposit was required up front and no pressure to "sign up" (which is what I dreaded) which to me say's how confident they are of their product and fitting. The fitters were great guys (Steve & Matt), their attention to detail was second to none and while fitting they also came across a few tricky areas that were due to my "weird" window set up and could have never been accounted for on the survey! This delayed them a little as they took the time to come up with a few solutions and then ran these by me to allow my input (although all solutions were good ones) which I really appreciated. Bravo Coral, this has been great stress free experience with a fabulous end product. I cannot recommend you enough. Dee Downton Harrogate HG1

Oct 11,2022This is an unusual review because my experience with Coral wasn't flawless by any means. The fitters were nice, and did a good job with the actual windows but they didn't dustsheet properly, and left such a huge mess in the house that my husband and I had to do hours and hours of cleaning to sort it out. So why on earth am I giving them five stars, you ask? Quite simply because their after-sales service is second to none. This is a family company that REALLY cares, at a deeply personal level, that you are happy with their work. They offer the kind of commitment to their customers that you just don't find anywhere nowadays. It really is extraordinary. In our case, the managing director himself came to our home, apologised, and brought a lovely guy to help us sort out the floors (which were especially bad). They both spent a proper amount of time talking to us, and we learned loads about the company and its ethos (it really is like one big family, with many people having worked there for decades). They would have done more if we hadn't already done a lot of cleaning up ourselves (we were under a lot of pressure as we had house guests arriving). Sometimes you can tell more about a company when things go a bit wrong than when things go perfectly. If you choose Coral, you will be in good hands. They simply won't tolerate anything less than a happy customer, and they will do whatever it takes to produce that result. This is the sort of service you dream of from a company, and it's incredibly rare nowadays. It's a sign of how impressed we have been that our review has gone from one star initially to five once Coral had sorted the problem.

From first enquiry online, through to follow up, booking a visit, follow up home visit and talk through of options and costs was excellent, clear and confident. Order placed easily, no payment upfront needed. Our installer turned up on time, was courteous and fitted a lovely door. One part had been issued incorrectly but was still fitted and the install manager came round the very next day to replace. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Oct 04,2022We had a new composite canopy fitted.This was a joint purchase with our neighbours. It looks absolutely superb across both our front doors. The salesman who came to quote was very efficient and gave a realistic timescale of when the work would be done. Even when our product suffered from a delay in delivery of a couple of weeks, we were informed straight away and given a new installation date. The 2 fitters did an excellent job and removed all waste and the previous concrete canopy from our gardens. Also the overall price was £700 less than another company who after accepting the job let us down. I would highly recommend Coral if you want a door canopy fitting.

Sep 29,2022It says a lot about a company when both the sales advisor & the fitter had worked for the company for well over 20 years, Dave the sales advisor couldn’t rave about his product or the company he worked for anymore he was so passionate about both, we got quotes off numerous different companies most of which spent more time criticising competitors than selling their products, Dave didn’t even mention competitors just more facts & information about the companies products than anyone could possibly remember. Both fitters were friendly helpful professional & above all tidy, we can’t thank them enough for the hard work & professionalism, the windows & door also look amazing. Dave & the fitters (sorry can’t remember their names) are a credit to the company will definitely recommend coral to friends & family looking for doors or windows replacing.

Their service is always spot on, they came yesterday to fit new windows and doors, arrived and got straight on with the job, thanks to Dave and his team they've not finished yet but felt I needed to put a review, cannot recommend Coral highly enough. Also thanks to the team that fitted our front door last year in Catterick, Dave Noble has always been brilliant too when coming out to price the job, oh, and Michael the surveyor was very professional too!
