The job was undertaken in a very professional manner and on completion was left looking clean and tidy, we were vey happy with the finished job. Sep 18,2022Visited showroom in pool in wharfedale and arranged for a salesman to visit and quote for 11windows and a composite door after several calls from coral to confirm appointment salesman turned up without tape measure,after he went out to purchase one he returned,he was totally uninterested in the job he was doing and his lack of knowledge was unbelievable,I waited for a quote when one did not materialize I contacted coral who assured me they would get somebody to contact me 8 days later nothing, if this is their before sales service I dread to think what the after sales service is like,received your reply but have no intension of contacting you as I will not be employing your services as previous stated I was unimpressed with your pre sale service

Sep 13,2022BEWARE EXSTENSIVE STRESS, If your looking for a stress free installation then this is not the company for you ,Windows fitted incorrectly, damage to your property and extensive damage to plasterwork ,leaks ,messy fitters not all though ,poor sales team, aftercare might aswell not have one .

Sep 09,2022I used coral for a new installation as I had used them before. The installation was planned for October 2022 due to personal circumstances but having been contacted by the company on a number of occasions I agreed to have the installation done sooner. On the day of installation the fitters turn up without one of the doors. Apparently damaged and not ready. I had not received any previous notification of this as I would have delayed. The number was missing from the front door. When the installation was finished the fitters left. I then discovered the fitters had taken all the keys for the house with them leaving me no access to my garage or alarm keys. I spoke to the installation manager who told me in his patronising tone not to be so silly as mistakes happen. I then had the last door fitted a week later. Having been told by the salesman the light in the kitchen would not be affected by the new door, the room is now dark. I messaged the company to advise I was unhappy and was told the sales manager would contact me on his return from holiday. He did so three days later. He never mentioned my enquiry but just asked why I hadn’t paid the invoice. On the whole a very poor experience. I paid the higher premium charged by the larger companies as the customer service is generally much better. In view of these circumstances I certainly won’t be doing that again.

Sep 09,2022I had a front door fitted by Coral and to be fair made a very good job of it ( different workmen) ,so I decided to have more work done by them . And I did just this, several months later. However I’ve waited a year to post this following review as I felt so traumatised by the workmanship of Coral windows that I didn’t want to have any more work done by anyone ever ! The guys that came to replace my windows and french doors were most disrespectful of my house and property. They acted most unprofessional, yanking windows out by force , and left me having to repair stuff after they had come out again to repair it , following installation. The pictures speak for themselves , some of this was redone by them ,following me producing these pictures, but this is how they had initially left it . Not acceptable at all. I had them throwing old bits of window out from upstairs , throwing dregs off tea onto my plants, and leaving copious amounts of debris around outside including old window bits and lots of screws! Bricks were dislodged and the french doors were built on the loose bricks , a tiled windowsill was broken and left until I complained and they put a new plastic windowsill over the top of it … an absolutely waste of money ! I thought I’d done my research on this company and at the time couldn’t see a bad review . I understand there is always a chance of some damage when having new windows but not to this extent . Make your own mind up ,but please do your research prior to having expensive work done .

Sep 08,2022Very easy from placing order, to fitting the windows. The salesman talked us through everything and suggesting improvements which we hadn't thought about. The fitters arrived at the appointed time and were absolutely brilliant, and cleared up all the mess that went with fitting the windows. I have used Coral windows before and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Aug 08,2022Found them online but had heard and seen them around the area before, Gary came round to see us, really nice bloke wasn't pushy at all new everything and anything about windows and doors. On day of installation 2 lads turned up and they were polite and hard working, kept the place as clean as possible throughout the process. We had 4 windows and a front door. Price wise spot on, can have finance if you'd like. Would highly recommend.

Nothing was too much trouble and they took great pride in their work. The house looks much smarter now. Thank you!

Slight issue with one of the door windows, fitters reported and coral have been up in a matter of days to start to resolve it. Have always used coral windows and never had any problems, can’t recommend enough
