Jul 07,2021After securing my business with what can be described as old school sales tactics. I agreed after some negotiation to let them do the work. I was happy and we had agreed a figure on the extra Costs after survey. At this point all went down hill. They lost my paper work, after assuring me the build would be done in July. They came back with a date of October which I declined and decided to end my interest. I had booked my summer holiday around the work being done, but moreover had rung 3 times to check the build was still ok for the 5th of July to be bounced around weeks before. Disappointed.

Jun 18,2021From initial contact with the sales guy Robin right to the fitting guys doing the last bits of the install, was excellent. We went with Coral as our neighbours had an orangery built last year. We had some delays due to materials not being available. Once the date was set this was communicated to myself and work started. Really happy with the finish of the conservatory. The brickwork to the plastering is neat and I can’t complain about the workmanship or the quality. I would highly recommend Coral.

Jun 15,2021Price offered was a great solution to the problems we have had with their service. On the grounds we took our 1st review down. However when asked to go via building regs to add a radiator to the build. This has been a constant area they have tried to avoid. Apparently you need deeper foundations and more insulation if you install a radiator going via regs?!?! Even though they recommended this be added after the build! So that hiked the price up 9k and no one replied to explain why adding a radiator would impact the foundations/insulation. What that tells me is that the initial price and quote would have been for inadequate foundations and insulation and the fact we have pushed building regs means the job would have had to be legit. Silence speaks volumes. You could now not pay me to use this company. Reply- As advised- we have done our research. We understand this can increase as more stringent checks must be completed and this costs in time and surveys. Building regs and the adding on a radiator have nothing to do with us having to have deeper foundations and more floor and wall insulation. What was quoted initially would not have passed hence the hike in price to get it to the standard. And if is the actual case as you advise, why would we be recommended by you to add on a radiator later - after the build. Your telling me building regs would say we have to dig up the foundations to make them deeper and add in more wall/floor speck to add a radiator to the build. Please.

May 25,2021I contacted Coral Windows as a trusted supplier in the local area to replace my original 1930s front door and archway. From the first consultation and survey, all of the staff have been helpful and offered great advice on the best solution to create a beautiful new door. The fitters arrived on time and efficiently removed the door and archway and replaced it in a couple of hours. They even cleaned the frames and glass before they left! Very happy to recommend, Coral have a well deserved reputation for customer support and satisfaction.

May 12,2021My conservatory roof has been replaced and it means that I have a useable room again which is not wet anymore. It looks so much nicer and has added value to my home. My only advice would be that they give a more realistic timescale. I was advised that it would take a day and thought it rather optimistic. It took nearly two days. Fortunately I had taken an extra day off work so was fine. My advice would be to give estimate of 1 to 2 days.

May 02,2021No obligation quote that was a great price.No hassle in dealing with Coral Bradford from start to finish.They were honest about the time line and that the doors may not be fitted at the same time as the windows.There was a slight problem with one of the doors... wanted it for the side but measured for the front.This wasn’t an issue for us and they offered us a slight reduction on the price. Workmen were exceptional.They were polite and professional.They cleaned up as best they could. Would highly recommend.

They are the correct design we requested, they were fitted quickly and efficiently by the the team entrusted with the task and the price was right. What more can we say? Coral did exactly what we asked so we’re very satisfied.

An appointment was made for the surveyor to come out and measure up straight away. The surveyor was very thorough and identified a constraint with my choice of door (it was too wide). I was able to change it without a problem. The fitters were friendly and did a fantastic job. All in all Coral Windows were very professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

Jul 08,2021We were very happy with the windows we received. We had a full house replacement of windows, doors & boards. There was no pushy salesman, just skilled people who knew what they were doing. We also had a surveyor who come out to check eveything pre-installation. The fitters were amazing, skilled and very hard working. The Installation Manager came to check all the work at the end. Great service!
