They completed the job quickly to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending Coral windows. We have employed this company on three separate occasions and each time they have been competitively priced, reliable and professional.

I had to wait quite a while from ordering to fitting but having said that it was totally worth it. I feel much safer for having gone for the composite door and lock is superb.

Jan 18,2021Had a new back door fitted. Checked beforehand that, due to Covid-19, the appointment was still going ahead and Coral rang the day before to confirm. The fitter rang on the day to say when he was arriving and the door was fitted without any hitches. It is more solid than the previous one we had and we are delighted with it.

Jan 17,20215/1/21 We Have just had 6 new windows installed. Came 8.30am finished by 4.45. Windows complete with inner sils. Great team of lads. Richard who removed the old frames and installed new. James who prepared the new frames & glass. Also finished all outside work. & steve who did all inner sills. Richard managed to get all frames out without any of our pebble dash coming away. Very tidy job. And impressed with how they worked. They used all dust covers inside. And vacuumed up after work complete. We have used coral 3 times now and wouldnt go anywhere else. These guys did great given the weather conditions. Tthankyou coral.

Unlike many companies kept to their word including after sales service to make some corrections. Everyone I spoke to including Senior Leadership, Fitters, Sales and Service very proffesional, knowledgeable and happy to help. I would highly recommend for quality of product, value for money and outstanding service.

Jan 12,2021I have had a conservatory with coral for a few years. Since this conservatory was done they had never fitted the roof right whenever it’s raining it leaks from the rooftop. Numerous times I have called them to check and I keep getting excuses. I have emailed photos of proof. Only one engineer actually came and made the effort to climb up and see in November, I was given the assurance that he had identified the cause of the leak and resolved it 2 months on I am still experiencing the same problems. I have had to replace items of furniture ruined by this leak . I have an extensive report of calls and emails to have this problem resolved but to no avail. I am really unhappy ☹️

Dec 16,2020We had our Coral windows for over a 11 years . I have damaged window by accident and had to replace it . All I can say it was a Coral window as well . The service from the beginning to the end is excellent . They office staff are so helpful and courtiers . Guys that came to replace window very fast and very tidy and clean ! You wouldn’t even know that window was replaced . Fab service from the beginning to the end !

Nov 20,2020Coral Windows installed 2 bedroom windows for us in October 2020. They basically made a mess of it. Glass was scratched on two of the sealed units, beading strips were badly measured and/or cut, the wrong trim was fitted. The installation looked pretty awful and the installers were happy to leave it like that. Now, Coral’s policy is, thankfully, to put things right. So an engineer was sent out. We had to wait in all day for the engineer but it was during the COVID period so we wouldn’t have been able to go anywhere anyway. (Sarcasm, sorry). We did get a time slot; sometime between 0900 and 1700. The engineer would ring us about 45 minutes before he arrived. He arrived at 1630. He didn’t ring. He didn’t have the right materials to rectify the original mess either. So he arranged to return. The second visit was similar to the first. Same slot, no phone call before he arrived. But he had the right materials. Most of the faults were addressed but he still made a mess of some sealing. He sealed over the top of the original messy sealing so it still looked a mess only more of it. He also took a chunk of paint out the stairs ceiling carrying up a large glass unit. So he said he’d arrange another visit and to expect a phone call. He turned up completely unannounced today. This time he removed all the previous seal and replaced it properly. Hurrah! Finally the windows looked...okay. Basically, Coral do an okay job. Nothing more. Their communication is poor, their installers lack much in the way of skill and their engineers are okay so long as they are given the correct parts. Don’t know why they don’t check before they set off on the job. I would not use Coral Windows again. Ever. They are not worth the extra money they charge over the cheaper installers and most certainly do not seem to value their customers business.

Nov 19,2020Disappointed The mitre on the inside beadings on all windows had gaps on pointing this out to fitter he said he’d had the issue last week. He rang the office and said someone would call that day. 3days later no call I rang the office the next day someone contacted me. They agreed that they were not right and blamed the machine that cuts the beading they then replaced all the beading to be honest they are not much better they have filled the gaps with sealer the manager said they are goods as makes no difference. I chose Coral because the salesman convinced me of the high quality of there product. I can’t help feeling that I had not complained they would be happy with work. I would not recommend Coral to anyone sorry to say

Nov 19,2020There was no messing about with the quote....no “normally it’s £3000, but for you today it’s £1000”, it was straight to the point and we were pleased with the offer. We had gone to 2 well known companies previous to coral and we were bombarded with quotes and 12 month guaranteed quotes etc..... coral were great, asked what we wanted and gave us a quote straight up, saving us £500 on the cheapest we could haggle with another company. Loved that it was just straight up, this is what we can do, no bulls***. Installation and customer service were fantastic, left no mess and the door looks amazing. Quality and safety aspects are all amazing too. We will certainly use Coral again. Thank you!

Nov 18,2020When I placed my order it was explained to me how the products were built and the security of the locking systems. The fitters were very good and very clean. They fit 2 windows and a door in 5 hours. Even mounted my new house number plaque on the wall for me. Excellent service and quality products.

No pressure sales, products explained clearly, plenty of updates about installation and great fitting teams both times. Follow up call to rectify slight issue with one door was rectified immediately and everything done in a courteous manner. Definitely recommend Coral Windows they have given me excellent service

From start to finish, the customer service has been exceptional. They are a lovely company to deal with at every level. The door looks brilliant and is well-insulated and strong. Highly highly recommend and that is why we have used them again after moving to a new house.

Jan 22,2021I phoned yesterday to ask someone to come repair a leak to my canopy and was told I will have wait two weeks because of staffing problems well i do know we are living in a stressful time but I feel like I'm not important this is the second time I've had trouble with leaks last time water was coming in and I had to complain then
