No pressure selling like other companies we had quotes from. The fitting team were a pleasure to have round and left my house as clean as it was when they arrived. Very professional and personable, will definitely use them again and recommend.

Feb 06,2022After looking around for box sash windows we settled for Coral. The salesman was very experienced and not at all pushy. The after booking care was excellent, they came to measure up and we were made aware somethings would need to be changed. This actually reduced our bill as well as making the plans look actually better than what we had first chosen. The window fitting was impeccable with the fitters doing a fantastic job and giving us notice which rooms they would be doing each day. This enabled us to move things around each day.

The fitters were competent and approachable, and their attention to detail ensured a very neat finish. They also tidied up afterwards. All the staff we dealt with at Coral were helpful. We were really pleased with the finished results. The office staff were quick to respond to questions and queries. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Feb 03,2022This morning two gentlemen from Coral came around to fix our patio doors. They gave a courtesy call before arrival, were professional throughout explaining what they were doing and why as well as advising us on what we could do to look after our windows. Have had them install windows and doors on our previous house as well as this one plus asked them to do windows and doors on both my sons and daughters house. they have always been efficient and professional as well as offering fair prices. Would highly recommend this company and all the staff that we have met.

I have used Coral for years and will continue to use them. I like the fact that all the fitters work for them and are not contracted in. Their prices are reasonable and the work is always of a high standard.

Feb 01,2022Spent just short of £5000 on front windows and a door . Bear in mind only 4 windows . Arrived damaged so sent them away . Gave them benefit of the doubt and gave a second chance . In 2 years think they have been back 4 times . Replaced 3 panes . Door and glass dropped twice and bedroom window wouldnt open . Been back again . Window still wont open and they touched up the door saying the frame hadnt dropped . Will be calling them back for 5th time

Jan 29,2022We recently had 3 windows and a door installed by Coral Windows. Absolute 5-star service from start to finish. The manager Paul Benn particularly stood out - we had a lot of questions and not much time but he was so patient and worked with us to find the most suitable options. Nothing was too much trouble and he went through option after option with us until we were happy. Dragging 3 children to the showroom was something I was dreading but he made us feel so welcome that they didn't want to leave! The fitters were also very professional - they arrived on time, laid dust sheets and made minimal mess. They ensured everything was left immaculate - even hoovering the carpets. Highly recommend.

The staff in all departments from the sales team to the installation team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were frequently updated on the progress of our order and fitting date. The after sales has been equally efficient as they responded to a small issue after fitting with care and a sense of urgency. I would not hesitate to recommend Coral to family and friends. Coral windows have completed my job. I was so impressed with this company that I really wanted to give them feed back. From the very start to the end a very thorough and professional job. Jan 12,2022From quotation to fitting Coral provided a prompt and friendly service. On the day of installation we hit a snag, sadly during the survey it was missed that our property had no lintels installed on the windows previously, and when the first window was removed three rows of bricks above the window also fell with it. The fitters we clear and honest about my options but advised that the best option would be to install additional steel lintels. Sadly this was further cost and delayed the job. As you can imagine this left my property inside, outside in the garden and on the roof of the conservatory a real mess. By the time the fitters were finished it was like nothing had happened. After the first window was installed and completed I walked into the room to find one of the fitters on his hands and knees with the hand extension of the Hoover meticulously cleaning the carpet and wiping down woodwork before cleaning the windows. The service provided by coral throughout was second to none.

Jan 10,2022Brilliant from start to finish. We had three quotes for our windows and doors and although coral wernt the cheapest we were really happy with the deal we were given and the 10 year guarantee which wasn't offered with the other companies. Our sales man Vasco was brilliant, he wasn't pushy like we had experienced with other salesmen, he was just a genuinely nice guy and we felt confident in what he was saying/selling to us. There was a slight delay for our front door due to covid but we were told this from the beggining. We changed a few things from our original quote (added extra window ledges and changed the front door) the quote was amended and the additional cost and work was lower than expected. We did have a few issues one being our door being delivered/fitted without a letter box but this was quickly rectified. There was also damage to a hinge on our back door but again this was quickly changed. Some brick work was loose under a window again was sorted quickly. The guys that fitted the windows were brill, it was raining heavily one of the days but they still go the job done. All carpets were covered/protected. Highly recommend this company

Jan 07,2022Had two composite doors fitted in nov 2021, since fitted we have got a problem with both door one door has a draft through latch and has started to squeech when opening and closing, margins not equal top and bottom on the other door and a large amount of water gathers in bottom of door and does not drain away, plus window unit shows seal in the glass sitting proud and visually does not look good. An engineer from coral as been out to my property and completed a inspection report. But as not been back In touch to confirm any corrective action I have rang coral several times and asked for an update but I just get fobbed of by some one saying I will get some one to call you back but that just does not happen. I have used coral before for doors and have been more than pleased with there product and after care, but for some reason this time I am disappointed I do love the doors look lovely on our bungalow but trying to get through and get the problems sorted it’s just a nightmare there customer service department are just not cooperating with customers.. Very disappointed customer..

Feb 16,2022Pleasant to deal with from initial enquiry through to completion. The patio doors are a nice product with good security features at a reasonable price. They look good, are easy to use compared with the old ones that they replaced and have made the room considerably warmer. Aftersales service to sort out an adjustment and tidy up a small issue with the pointing where brickwork had to be removed for the installation was very good, despite clashing with the disruption of Christmas and a Covid surge.
