Mar 30,2021From my initial contact to arrange for a quotation for a new door, to the salesman coming to quote, to me amending the quote. The surveyor was very professional and talked through everything that would be done and then to the installation, Coral were always very professional and courteous. The fitters were very good, even in these difficult times. The work was carried out to a very high standard. The only problem was that two trims to one of the doors broke as they were being fitted. These were replaced within two days. I would definitely recommend Coral and have not hesitate to use them again

Mar 25,2021Overall a good experience.....bad weather affected the surveyor arriving but time made up.....on the installation day the two guys were pleasant and professional. No masks worn routinely but would have on customer request. A couple of issues with the door were corrected within a week.....very pleased with the quality and price....would definitely use Coral again.

The installers arrived early and got start down to the job and were finished by dinner time. They left no mess and we were surprised how efficient they were. Would recommend Coral to anyone

Installation was very quick & left tidy. Good price & great quality windows, would definitely recommend.

All team members were very professional from start to finish with excellent communications. I would certainly use again.

Mar 10,2021Difficult to find any negatives really. The fitters were professional, friendly and tidy. There were a couple of damaged trims which the fitters reported, a manager came out later that same day, yes seriously that day, and replaced them. The second day of installation and the same issues, a couple of damaged trims, possibly caused by the very cold temperature, and they were replaced very quickly, no hassle no fuss. I will and already, have recommended Coral Windows. A beautiful job at a reasonable cost, very happy.

Feb 24,2021From the initial discussion & quotation through to installation has been very satisfying. The old front door & french doors were removed without any damage or necessary repair work. The new doors were fitted perfectly & everything left clean and tidy. The 2 installers were meticulous and did a great job. Coral not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for.

Feb 17,2021Top Quality. I have had roofline replacements, new doors and windows, and a new conservatory constructed by Coral and they have been excellent throughout. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The initial visit was practical and informative, without being pushy. There was a subsequent detailed design survey. Each stage of the process was conducted by specialist teams, who were thoroughly capable and professional and who cleared up after themselves. I was kept informed throughout and problems (due to bad weather) were successfully overcome. Some components of the conservatory which were sub-standard were replaced by the firm on their own initiative without me even noticing a problem. I am very pleased with the results and look forward to enjoying my new conservatory as the weather improves.

Feb 16,2021I was very impressed with the speed of response to my on-line enquiry (even though I enquired over the Christmas break) and the entire process thereafter. The salesman was professional and did not, at any time, "push" the product. He put me at my ease, from the very first. The fitting team were very speedy but tidy and efficient. The French Doors I had fitted look very robust and attractive. I'm particularly looking forward to enjoying their benefits in the Summer. I would not hesitate to use Coral again.

Feb 11,2021We had a really good experience with Coral from start to finish. We went out for a number of quotes to replace our single glazed rear windows with double glazing, and Coral weren't the cheapest or the most expensive - what we liked about them was that their communication, so we went with our gut and we weren't disappointed. Their sales guy who came out to do the quote was knowledgeable and friendly, and patient with requoting following a few tweaks. Their head office checked in a few times, the engineer came out to measure up and was also friendly and clearly knew his stuff, and they set a date for the installation that worked for us with our commitments. They didn't fob us off and say it'd be a few months before they could come because they're so busy, which a few of the other companies did. On the day, the two-man team (brothers, I think!) came out early in the morning and worked really hard all day - didn't even see them take a lunch break! They were really good at what they did, even had to do a couple of workarounds because building works we'd had done since the measurements were taken had amended the details that they were working from. This didn't faze them, and they worked out solutions. Super happy with the end result, it's made a real difference to the look and feel of our old (cold!) terraced house, and I'd definitely recommend. Thanks!

Feb 02,2021Two weeks and one day ago rang coral after using twice over last two years also my elderly mother used on our recommendation still haven't been contacted so we have now given up and gone elsewhere.The man I spoke to couldn't really be bothered to answer my questions and quite frankly was not very nice to speak with told us were busy so someone would call back maybe because we only required two windows not big enough order so thanks coral windows you are now on our leave well alone list
