Aug 18,2021Great company to deal with from start to finish! They have completed installation of new windows and doors throughout my property and done a lovely job the house looks great. Taylor and Yestin were the fitters, they were great guys who cracked on and cleaned up each day when finished, they were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble, they are great ambassadors for the company! Thanks Coral I would recommend you any day.

Aug 18,2021Coral were very accommodating from the start and their customer service cannot be questioned. The installation team were polite and generally efficient and on a whole did a satisfactory job. There were a few finishing touches that were missed (such as not replacing outside brick mortar under the bay window which left a gaping hole between the bricks which I had to repoint myself and no sealant was added to the underneath of the front door, which again I ended up sealing. Post installation I cannot fault Manager Steven's customer service. Any issues we have had he has been very quick to rectify so on a whole we are happy with the product Coral have supplied.

Fitters got to work straight away and put down dust sheets to protect our new carpets. Pleased with the result and would recommend.

Aug 04,2021Our experience with Coral Windows has been excellent we had a minor misunderstanding regarding trickle vents but the issue was quickly rectified. The fitters were professional, courteous, efficient and helpful with advice and maintenance. There was a very small amount of damaged caused but this was rectified. We would use Coral again and can definitely recommend them.

Aug 03,2021This is the second time we have had windows installed by Coral. They offer an excellent service. Even after we had "signed our contract", we were still able to make modifications (twice!) to our order as we mulled over what we needed. Their office staff did a good job keeping us up to date. Installation date was as planned and went smoothly. The guys worked really hard. We live in an old cottage and I think the old windows were reluctant to give way to the new! After they had left, we did notice a couple of small internal glass scratches. To be honest, they were so small that we thought we would simply ignore them. But we discussed them with Steve the manager the following day and, without any fuss, he simply agreed to install two new glazing units into the new frames. So we can say we have had a very positive experience with Coral Windows; from the ordering process through to after-sales care, they were responsive and helpful.

Great team of fitters cleaned up after they had finished .Quick efficient and professional sorry can't remember the 2 lads names . There was quite a wait after placing order for the work to be done but in these difficult times it was only to be expected .Thankyou

Jul 28,2021Second door purchased in a year. As our front door, which was fitted a few months ago, was so successful and the service was so good, we ordered a patio door for the rear of the house. The salesman in the shop in Wakefield was disinterested in the sale and was little help but as we knew what we wanted, we continued. The quotes and communication before fitting were very good. The fitting was completed a number of weeks before it was due (which was great). The workmen came on time and they cleaned up after themselves when finished. Overall, very happy once again.

Jul 28,2021They were friendly over the phone and the person who came to look at the house was friendly too. However, that’s where the good service stopped. The person used my cream velvet sofas to lean their products against - not very considerate. Additionally, it’s been two weeks and, after sending an email chasing the person who came to look, we still don’t have a quote. The person didn’t communicate that they wanted us to send a door choice and even when we sent something they still didn’t get back to us. Not good.

Jul 21,2021Replaced six windows and two doors in our bungalow, and we have to say that we were really happy with our journey with Coral. From the outset they were professional and helpful. James and Richard the window fitters worked really hard and showed great attention to detail, were polite and tidied up after work. We would have no problem recommending Coral and we will be using them for the next phase of our home renovation soon! Thanks to all the team at Coral!

Jul 17,2021Good price and considering the problems obtaining materials fit date came sooner than expected, very clear and frequent communication unlike some of their competition, fitters came when they advised they would and left the windows and finish as expected and covered all the floors on a very wet day. All in all a good experience and happy with the quality of the finished product.

Jul 14,2021The work was fine. I can’t speak to how it lasts as it was only just done, but it seems well done and effective. It looks good. Professional demeanour was not so great — a lot of sitting around before they even got started and then the team of four left one man basically to do almost everything. Some black tarry blobs needed cleaning up from the floor later, and some of it left small stains that I can’t shift. The lead up was fine — a salesman talked me into doing more than I really wanted on my limited budget, but that’s my fault. The date was bumped back at short notice but only by a day and it didn’t matter to me — it would be more of an issue if I didn’t work from home. So all in all, everything is fine, the work was good, there were some minor inconveniences but that’s all.

Jul 09,2021Accident with a UPVC door meant an insurance claim. Nearly 3 1/2 months without a back door in the end thanks to the less than prompt service. We went for like for like and as Coral had done our Windows and doors before we knew they would be able to replace with a similar product. Salesman came late after rearranging date, surveyor came late after rearranging date, fitters came late after rearranging date. Can you see the theme? Shocking service and the next time we change our Windows and doors it will not be with Coral.
