Tevin is Amazing!!! I truly appreciated his tenacity. Although we couldn’t figure out my issue initially, Tevin called back and now it’s resolved. Please give this young man kudos for his kindness, knowledge of the product and his patience with an elderly person. Thank you.

HORRIBLE Company CPI - BUYER BEWAER!! I've been a customer for over 10 years paying over $50/month for home security. Called to cancel my policy since the CPI technician never came out to my house. I called again to cancel my agreement and found there was a 30 day cancellation policy. So I over pay for another month. SO many other security companies out there. I will NOT be using CPI again for anything. So disappointed with CPI

I received an outstanding customer service from Olive this afternoon. Olive is very knowledgeable and showed so much empathy and Olive handled my concerns with care. Olive took ownership of my situations and I truly appreciate her so much. Olive is such an asset to your company! ZAI was like a breath of fresh air! She was completely professional and made me feel as if I was finally being heard and appreciated as a customer! I couldn't believe that changing internet couriers could cause such a breakdown in delivery of services by CPI! I was extremely frustrated,disappointed and defeated...Zai...because of our conversation, I felt like someone finally cared and understood that I was not being protected. She took the necessary steps to correct it. Thank you so much Zai! I was actually considering switching to your competitor company, but now that I've spoken with you I'll give CPI another shot!

Douglas is AWESOME! He did an outstanding job assisting me with my account. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and understanding. He answered all my questions and throughly explained how everything works. He went over features that I was not aware of and scheduled my tech appointment for next week. Very friendly and professional, she was motivated and enthusiastic about resolving the issues that we had with or system that provided NO security as it was for the past 2 weeks? The technician is here, now fixing the problem, fixed the problem. I/we are very thankful.

The customer service agent was very responsive to everyone of my questions and concerns about our new alarm system. She fixed every concern we had and made sure we checked our apps to make sure the apps updated

After a mix up on CPI’s that has inconvenienced me, Josh was able to reschedule for me to help resolve my installation for my garage door opener. Thank God, Josh was respectful of my time and brought in his supervisor, Justin to be able to accommodate me. Grateful for Josh!

Several things: * The technician was fantastic - knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and explained everything to me. * The technician solved my problem completely. * The technician tested the security system to ensure it was working properly even though my issue was with the doorbell camera. I could not have had better service!

Chris was extremely patient with me. I'm not tech savy, my 7 cameras were out at my business after a power outage. Chris initially returned my call after I left a message. Then followed up with 2 addiontionally calls to ensure my services were restored after an electrician had to service the electrical panel. He went above and beyond.

SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME WITH THE RESET ON THE ALARM PAD. SHE ALSO HELPED ME UNDERSTAND MY CPI APP. IT WAS A VERY INFORIMATIVE CONVERSATION.

A representative named, Jordan - (unsure if I have her name spelled correctly; I should have gotten the correct spelling before I hung up the phone with her but I did not because she had already stayed on the phone with me so long) provided outstanding customer service for me this evening!!!!! She assisted me with setting up the CPI InTouch App on my cell phone. Jordan was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. She helped me every step of the way and went out of her way to ensure that I was ready to go in using my app before she hung up the phone. Your company has done an excellent job by hiring Jordan because she is just what I (and other customers) need when calling CPI for assistance! Jordan you deserve a raise/bonus, you are a winner and absolutely awesome! I am so excited to begin using my CPI App! Thank you so very much!

CPI had been the WORST decision I've ever made. We have had non stop issues since we first got it. I'm constantly calling about it not working and more and after the run around they said they'll cancel my service BUT they want me to sign a contract saying I'll pay any fees associated with canceling early. They are very unprofessional and can't get anything done in a timely manner. I also regret giving them the multiple chances I did just to be screwed over! DON'T DO CPI!!!

I’ve always had great customer service at CPI but Carina Ogee takes the cake! She was so pleasant, smart, patient and helpful! I was able to get exactly what I needed with her expertise and guidance.

Was struggling to reconnect my CPI video doorbell to my security system for several days. Then, finally I called and spoke with Tevin who seamlessly deleted the old device so that he was able to walk me through reconnecting it as a new device. Thank you CPI and thank you Tevin!! Happy Holidays!!
