Chris from tech support over the telephone was THE ONLY person at CPI that actually addressed my needs. I am satisfied with him and him alone. The support scheduling department is subpar. I took 2 days off of work to get absolutely no where. Nothing was accomplished until Chris and this was over the phone. Why was this not offered in the first place? Your scheduling service does what they want as far as no showing and rescheduling without even a conversation with the customer about the new date and time
Casper 6143 technician was so professional and he took time to explain to us everything he was doing and how to work the system we really enjoyed him.

TJ is super knowledgeable and friendly. He showed concern for my situation. He apologized for me having issues. We tried several things to try and fix over the phone but were unsuccessful. He arranged for a senior tech to come fix it and is getting me lined up for a new camera install as well. He’s definitely an asset to your customer service department

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! I have an Airbnb that is a hour away from my home and unfortunately, they had to give me a new internet WiFi code. This resulting in my cameras not working. I called and the guy told me there was nothing that could be done. I had to be at the home. I get to my home and spoke to a nice lady that told me to schedule a virtual appointment after driving a hour. I was livid and ask to speak to a manger she said they were all in a meeting! The worst service and told me someone would call me in 20 mins. After waiting, no call. I called back again and got Christian and I was super frustrated and explained my issue and she took her time to walk me through the steps to get my camera rolling. I even messed up 3 times but she was still patient and extremely made my day because I was about to cancel everything!
Zaimarie Guzman was very helpful. She was knowledgeable about the issue and corrected it right away. It was an excellent experience.
Michelle was great and very thorough explaining my system. She also went through all the variabilities of the cameras and the options we had and help change those over the phone.

Yves was very courteous and patient, he clearly explained all the details to try and resolve my issue, his instructions were clear and concise, and even though we could not resolve the issue he promptly created a service ticket.

Zai was super pleasant, kind and very patient. I switched internet carriers so had to reconnect my cameras. The process had some glitches and Zai remained with me until the cameras were connected and was kind and professional in doing so. I appreciate Zia’s professionalism and cheerful attitude. But my interaction with Representative Trevin on 15 February 2023, I am much more confident. He was very friendly, professional, and completely knowledgeable.
