Replaced batteries in two window alarms. The on-line tutorial really helped. Called customer service afterward to determine if the indications on our panel were correct and received the answers after some trouble shooting.

I had problems with my door bell camera saying cooling down mode, and not responding to camera.So agent took care of the problem by telling me too take doorbell camera from panel,leave it in the house for 30 mins and put the door bell camera back on the the panel and it should reboot.That took care of the cooling down mode but not the not responding, so agent got technician coming 2 days afterwards me calling.I'm happy of knowledge of the agent and them replacing my doorbell camera.
Chelsea is amazing. I called 60 days ago regarding a billing issue. After much investigation, she determined the error was CPI. Quickly resolved it & said she call back late September to follow up with new billing options for me. And like clock work she followed up today. Her follow up and concerns for my needs were extraordinary. A major asset to your company.
The Rep was very helpful. The young lady put me on hold, came back and apologized for the wait while getting me the exact info that I needed. She followed up by letting me know that if I didn’t get what I needed in a timely manner to call back. She was great!
