I received an email from CPI stating my front doorbell was not responding. After contacting CPI I spoke to Tevin who was able to assist me and resolve the problem with the doorbell camera. Tevin was very respectable and friendly. He posses great interpersonal skills and is a great asset to CPI.

Ability to understand what is happening on my camera and fixing it remotely. Keeping up with technology becomes more difficult if you’re not involved in it daily. Have a Tech Group at CPI gives me confidence knowing my home is secure.
Incorrect Information Given. When we called CPI to get a quote about products the representative said they offered 24/7 continuous video recording offerings. Months later, when we could not get the product to work and had multiple technicians come to the house, they have now said they do not offer this service, and when called to cancel we were stuck paying all of the contract and products. I was a repeat customer based on the previous experience I had; after this experience, I will not be recommending for being upfront and honest even if a mistake took place.
Tevin went above and beyond assisting me with my cameras today! He didn't have to but he did! I am grateful for his sacrificial time!!
After speaking with numerous customers service reps and having 4 technicians come to my home, Brittany M is the only one who took the time and effort to resolve my issue. If she hadn’t helped me I was canceling my service with CPI. I am writing a follow up letter to the CEO. I wish all your customer service reps were as proficient as her.

Ogee was extremely professional and polite and certainly made me feel like my issue was her top priority. After calling several times and speaking to different associates I never got the sense that my issue was pressing (I called several times with no resolution) until Ogee took over. Dec 15,2022Today, I had the CPI technician, Brad Tudman install my new CPI system as scheduled. Brad was on time, very efficient and well mannered. He exhibitrd a great amount of confidence in explaining the system as well as determining the best locations for its' operation. Brad was a pleasure to work with and is a credit to CPI. Also, I would like to compliment Steve Frazee for his excellent presentation and coordination of the installation. Thank you for a job well done.
