I bought a Rocket 3 from these guys. Initially everything was fine up until the point they had my money. My first ride , the bike overheated and left me in need of recovery. They picked the bike up and dropped it back of saying it was fixed after finding a plug unplugged. I suspect no testing was done as surprise surprise the next time I rode the bike it once again overheated and I needed recovery. Spoke to Matt the day after who was incredibly rude and dismissive and said I'd need to ride the bike up to them, which is about 50 miles on a bike that overheats as soon as I get to traffic. Then told me that they would pick it up next week and I've heard absolutely nothing from them in nearing 2 weeks. The service has been absolutely horrendous with poor communication, rude staff and nebulous excuses. Avoid at all costs, once they have your money they just don't care. In 20 years of motorcycling I've never had such a bad experience with a dealer.

I bought a GL1500 goldwing online in early July, Steve who dealt with me over the telephone was very helpful, sale was very quick and all paperwork was sorted without fuss, bike arrived and I was more than happy, it is a beautiful machine as Steve had said. In late September it developed an engine problem, was not running smoothly and lost power. I rang Steve and he agreed it was still under warranty. He arranged for bike to be collected absolutely no hassle whatsoever, Jim the van driver was very approachable and friendly soon had the bike onboard and secure. the guys very quickly solved the problem and before I knew it the bike was on its way back home. It is now running perfectly . There was no ifs or buts from Craigs Honda and no unexpected costs to me. I can't thank Steve and the team enough. Excellent company and highly recommended thanks millions.

I recently purchased a used CBR500R from Craig's Honda and had great experience. Keith was incredibly helpful. He guided me through every step of the process, making sure I was informed about my purchase, and gave me regular updates. Keith’s took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable insights about the bike. The delivery process was great. The bike arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The delivery driver informed myself when he was 30 mins away. The team at Craig's Honda ensured that everything was handled efficiently and professionally. What can I say other than dont trust them. Bought a bike online from them and the way I was treated once they received my money was absolutely disgusting . They lied to me about the Condition of the bike things like Broken spotlights, balding Tyres and more. They all the promises in the world. To put it straight. Nothing has been done since its been over 3 moths. Am now considering leigal action absolutely disgusted with the manager and the sales staff.

I have not purchased a motorcycle from a dealer for a number of years . The professional experience I received from Steve Coleman was exceptional . I was greeted on entering the shop and guided through the process within one week my Honda Cb 300 R was taxed insured and delivered to my door and I am delighted with it it don’t get any better thank you you are a great team

Traded my bike for a fair price for a triumph tiger 660 felt, total relaxed through the whole process thanks to Steve who sorted everything would definitely go again

I brought BMW r nine t from these guys told full tank of fuel.... It was empty. Riding home almost fell off seat came off. When I checked the brackets were the wrong way. Sent it to BMW to be checked needed front pads and both discs dangerously low and indicator bulb out. How did they mot it?

Definitely do your own homework and shopping around with these jokers !! I didn't realise how hard it was trying to spend £13k+ with them. It's (definitely no longer !!) my closest Honda dealer, but glad there's others....

I saw my bike on eBay and called the garage. Condition of bike was explained and apart from photos I bought unseen. Overall condition was better than expected and Steve the salesman was extremely helpful, even delivery guy waited as I was late home. I'd definitely buy from them again and recommend.

Great service from Keith and the team. Bought an ex demo motorbike from them at an incredible price. Keith was very helpful and guided me through my first purchase of a motorbike. Delivery was A1 from Dave giving me a clear time of arrival.

Bought a 2022 bmw s1000r sport from these guys, Steve dealt with me and he was a absolute pleasure to be dealt with by him even when they had problems with delivery of my bike they sorted it to make sure I got it thank you steve

Ordered Honda adv 350 in August for delivery November, paid £200 deposit. Have had to cancel order. Was told at point of order that deposit would be refundable if order cancelled. Nothing at all on sales order form about deposit policy.Spoke with manager/owner today, who outright refuses to refund the deposit, saying that it will go on account!!! Absolutely unbelievable appalling customer service from a Honda dealer, Honda UK have been informed .

Purchase a cbr1000rr from a main Honda dealer in Shipley ( Craigs Honda ) l was told it was a stunning bike fantastic condition after less than 24hrs sent it back damage to seat ,brake fluid leak onto the front screen no service history when told it had part service history. Why can't salesman be honest and point out bad points and not Bullsh1t.the customer.plus cost me £200 for delivery which l lost awful dealer.

If there's one thing that really annoys me it's making an enquiry to buy something, being told the guy is 'on the phone and will call you back' and that's the last you hear, so you either have to chase them again or go elsewhere, and this is what happened twice to me at craigs, both on the phone and by email enquiry. I simply wanted to know about upgrading my existing bike tyres (bike bought from them) and also about purchasing a new bike and trade in, but will buy elsewhere now from a company who will value my business and actually want to make a profit, as i take the view that if they cant be bothered to respond at this stage what would they be like once they have my money?

I brought a piaggio mp3 300 on the 27th April delivery was on 10th May it came with NO v5 master key service history which was described in the advert before accepting delivery I rang Craig's Honda and was told they would collect them from the previous owner so I accepted delivery. On calling the next day to check when I could expect them only to be told they were unobtainable. When I said they had missed sold the bike to me and I said if I lost the key I got with the bike I would be out of pocket the only advice that they gave to me was well don't lost the key poor service from a big dealer whilst I Happy with the bike I will not use them again ....

A long one sorry folks . I ordered a bike last July and paid a £250 deposit . Not heard anything by October so called to cancel. They then said "it's coming next week " (Keith) . Well I phoned back and said ok I will take it and then Keith said " we have sold it . So back to awaiting another bike ( I don't think they had a bike at all coming in ) I then emailed in January this year and sent an email to cancel the bike as, no calls , email, anything to suggest any arrival of a bike . I ordered else where . I followed this up with a call the following week as, I again had no communication from them regards my email . I got through on the phone , to be told by the director of the company," Did you no think to call us to see where the bike was before cancelling the bike yet again " . I said " that wasn't my job ". He proceeded to shout down the phone at me . They then called or text me to ask " what are you doing about this bike on order I gain told them I had cancelled the bike last week .." well it is coming in next week " . They said that last time . The text and calls were no every day . I felt harassed and anxious about , them forcing me to buy this bike . I got InTouch with a solicitor Hart and Law and asked them for help . She did and I had to pay the bill . Now on Google business , they have called me a liar o er not having a call on my behalf from a solicitor. They are liars , please stay clear of this lying company . This is the director of a family business . I only wanted to buy a bike nothing more . And two months after my review in Google has he bothered to reply . Oh they did offer to service my new bike ( bought else where) They have broken my trust and any friendship we could have had over the years to come .
