Jul 16,2019I asked them for a part exchange valuation of my bike via Autotrader. No response, so I ended up having to phone them. When I did it was obvious they'd previously received my p-ex request. They said they'd get back to me with a valuation. Yep, you guessed it, haven't heard from them since. No matter, I'll just buy my Goldwing from someone else.

Jul 11,2019Do not touch these guys with a barge pole. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life !! Bought a Bike off of them after 10 days all warning lights appeared, faulty abs sensor! £700 to fix by bmw . Apparently I must have damaged it. So after 10 days I have a bike that is off road . Matt couldn’t have been any ruder ! But karma catches up with people. But if you want an honest reliable dealership swerve this shower . Matt also lied that he has sent me out the missing tool kit, and didn’t acknowledge the fact the left instrument panel is lose and was so from day one! Good job I have paper /email trail ! Don’t trust these. People , never buy from these over the phone .

Mind you the first time I went in to look at the funky monkey he didn't even offer me a coffee, but when I went back to flash the cash, he about drown me in the stuff!!!!!
