May 23,2020Matt and Keith and the other fellows at Craigs Honda were absolute superstars during my purchase of my motorbike from them. Despite the Covid-19 crisis they kept me informed and as soon as it was safe to do so they arranged for me to take delivery, and handled all of the pre-delivery perfectly. I can't compliment them enough on their superb customer service, Matt was especially brilliant in handling everything and in following up the day after to check I got home safely and was happy with the biker. Well done Chaps, you are a credit to Craigs Honda and to motorcycle dealers in general.

May 23,2020Shocking customer service. One of the senior guys is a rude, arrogant little man. Was fine until I sent my money then didnât deliver the bike on time, didnât add the accessories we had agreed. When asked about it he didnât want to know and made some petty threat. Really awful experience. A real showcase on how NOT to do customer service. Read the other âbadâ reviews, theyâre all the same. AVOID.

May 08,2020Very straightforward deal,asked for a valuation on my px against a new Honda cb500x. Jack gave me a price, agreed to buy the bike. Matt delivered the bike 1 week later. If you know what bike you want I think buying a bike over the internet is the way forward. Very satisfied with my new Honda. Mick Chapman
