Sep 10,2019Hi. Bought my new bike from Craig's Honda Shipley last week. Andrew and Matt were exceptional in their service, knowledge and help. Very informative and gave you all the time required with no rush or pressure tactics to sell. Was very happy with the bike I bought. Did check online prior to purchase for customer feedback and views were excellent as was seen at first hand when I bought the bike. Allowed to test drive on the 1st day I went and ordered the bike and collected a few days later. Could not fault the service at all. Highly recommended.

Aug 06,2019Just got off the phone with Matt the owner of Craigs Honda I believe.I have an issue with my 2018/2019 Africa twin adventure sports. The wheels have corroded and Honda will not replace them even though they are still under warranty. Honda wont replace them even though the Africa twin was recalled for the same issue and then fitted with stainless steel spokes. Mine was already fitted with the spokes. However the corrosion has still happened and Honda are washing their hands of it. Now Matt the lovely gent was rude and condescending throughout the call and when I told him I don't expect service like this when you spend £11500 in your business. His response was £11500 you have said that 5 times on this call. I am appalled by Honda and their customer services and their dealers you should be ashamed of yourselves I WILL NEVER BUY A BIKE FROM YOU CROOKES AGAIN!

Dec 10,2019Bought Honda Monkey bike from Craigs Honda. Done deal over the phone as was 200 mls away. Keith was spot on very help full, pick up went smoothly, A+++++++++++++ What more can I say.
