Mar 31,2020It has taken me a while to get around to this review, but it has irritated me for a while. In September of 2018 I was on the brink of buying a new Ducati 959, but on the basis that the 2018 Fireblade was physically smaller and I am short rider, I contacted this dealership to ask to arrange a test ride for a Saturday. The salesman essentially informed me that they were not accommodating 'test pilots' on Saturdays, and that I would need to find a time during the week. I could not do that due to work, and I found the attitude appalling. The upshot was that I ended up buying the Ducati. Did I miss out, who knows.... And why I write this review is that I am now considering upgrading to the new Fireblade later this year. But you know what, I won't be contacting Craigs Honda to even see the bike, let alone have a test ride or purchase one. Very poor customer service indeed.

Feb 27,2020I purchased a used motorcycle with Craigs Honda 7 months ago. When I did so the advert specified that the bike came serviced and complete with 2 keys, and 12 months MOT if the bike was over 3 years old (which it was). When I received the motorcycle I only got the one key. I questioned the salesman I had been dealing with about this to be told that their adverts automatically said that the bikes come with 2 keys even if this is not the case. He then said that a new key would only cost around £10 to get cut. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, I mean it's obviously false advertising and I should have been offered compensation for the lack of second key right then and there, but I didn't kick up a fuss. The spare key cost me around £25 to get cut. I also questioned him on the lack of current MOT certificate, which was shrugged off and again I was told essentially to sort it myself and that the certificate was available online. Again I thought nothing of it until I recently discovered the bike had only been MOT'd until March (a good 4 months shy of what I was promised). I could maybe write one mistruth in their ad as an unfortunate error, but two lies in my opinion constitutes deliberately trying to mislead people.The bike had also clearly not been well serviced, the headlight bulb was the wrong wattage and exploded as I started to drive it around, the brake fluid was low, and the bike did and still does run lean on a cold start. They are now ignoring my emails, so I just wish to warn others who might be considering buying a motorcycle from these guys not to trust their adverts.

Apr 22,2020I bought a new Honda Monkey online from Craig’s Honda during the lockdown. I received a fair part ex value for my old Yamaha and it was delivered the next day. The price for the Honda too was very fair. I dealt with Jack and Matt who were both very helpful and provided an excellent service and back up. There was no handover as such because of the social distancing requirements but the manual was ideal as was the follow up query I had by phone. All in all I would thoroughly recommend them. It was a semi spontaneous decision to buy the bike and they made the deal so convenient and attractive. 5 stars.
