Jun 27,2019Terrible customer services. Even their follow up to my feedback online (google) was completely dishonest. Sales practices like dodgy garages from the 80's. Bought a bike online described in "perfect condition", but when arrived the tyres were barely legal. I had to change them immediately. They gave me the run around thereafter. Buyer beware, if you have an issue after they have received your money, they are a very different organisation to the one prior to making a sale......you've been warned! Not to be trusted.

Jun 27,2019Took the train down from Bedale to Shipley to pick up a used X-ADV on Thursday. The bike was exactly as Andrew had described on the phone, and he was patient and knowledgeable with the handover. Got lost on the way back, which wasn't a problem on a summer's evening on a bike that you can't ride without a big grin on your face! Enjoyed the extended ride back. Craig's Honda have been excellent, professional and unpushy throughout, and they have already started to arrange the fitting of some recall parts and maybe one or 2 extra bits - thanks Andrew! Highly recommended.

Jun 26,2019I drove from Scotland down to Craigs Honda after spotting a really good deal online. I called before & the sales guy I spoke to was really helpful on the phone. No messing about - totally straight forward & easy to deal with from the initial enquiry to when i left with my bike. From start to finish the transaction was super easy/ nothing was too much hassle and I left with a great bike. Big thank you to Keith - great customer service!

Jun 18,2019Recently px’d my bike for another at Craig’s Honda. What a pleasant experience from initial enquiry to final drive away on the new bike. Andrew was very easy to deal with and professional at the same time. Striking ‘the deal’ was a straight forward process and the bike was serviced, cleaned and ready waiting at the agreed pick-up time. All documentation was processed efficiently and all the guys were friendly. I would highly recommend a visit....

May 29,2019Great service. Due to work constraints I had to get a bike quick or potentially wait another 28 days. I fell in love with an immaculate fireblade and contacted Keith. A couple of says later the bike was mine. Service with a smile, the only free coffee in the area and a laugh to go with it. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough

Apr 16,2019I've now purchased my third scooter from here, third unfortunately due to theft. As always, I can not fault the service, always aiming to please. At times, I sometimes feel I may come across as a bit pushy, especially most recently during what has been a very difficult few weeks, but even with that, they always deliver top customer service and they have got me back on the road as quick as they possibly could. Highly recommended for both sales and servicing. Thank you everyone at Craigs Honda, Shipley, once again
