Outstanding service from enquiry to handover. Nipped up yesterday to do a bike swap. The whole team are friendly and knowledgeable. Bike, although used, was presented perfectly and the handover run through of the (extensive) controls was excellent, and not rushed even though I was later arriving than agreed. Would I recommend them? - Definitely! Would I buy from there again? - My next bike will almost certainly be from here.
I recently bought my first bike from this store, the service from start to finish was incredible. Keith and Jack were extremely professional and efficient. If you are looking for good service this is the place to go. Thanks Guys!
Review regarding Craig’s Motorcycles (part of same company). Sold us a stolen motocross bike and refused to give us a full refund. Would avoid at all costs.
Brought a used Bike from Craig's Honda, Jack and Matt were helpful at all times. Could not travel to Shipley to see the bike in the metal so Jack spent time telling me all about the bike and sent me a long video. Bike was then Serviced and MOt'ed before being delivered. The service was 1st class, the Bike was absolutely as described. A good buying experiance
Ordered a new Honda CRF300 Rally in October. Deposit paid. Told March 2022. Turned up January 2022. Collected and stored untill 1/03/22 for new reg. Number plate delivered to me. Just come home from first service. Staff were professional and friendly. I felt very well looked after and would recommend them to anybody. Great bike and even though it is a low budget bike i received Gold standard treatment.
The staff at Craigs Honda have been absolutely fantastic. The buying process was seemless, as was the warm welcome, hospitality and the depth of product knowledge delivered by all. A 5 Star customer focused purchasing experience rarely available in todays busy world. Special thanks to Jack, Keith and Keith.
Great Service and very welcoming, Excellent knowledge of all motorcycles and with no pushy sales techniques as you walk around the shop floor. Great selection and a well presented shop with a great bunch of guys to assist for any queries. Thanks for the pleasant experience.
Jack, of Craigs Honda Motorcycles West Yorkshire set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, his response was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the motorcycle itself, but in walking me through the entire process of my purchase. It could not have been more seamless making the process and delivery of my motorcycle very pleasant indeed. Thanks Jack 👍
Hi if you’re looking for a new Honda in West Yorkshire go to Craigs Honda and ask to speak to a salesman called Jack who will be more than happy to help you find the right bike at the right price for you on my last visit about a month ago I test RoadTwo bikes and sadly neither of them were for me however Jack was the perfect gentleman very polite and pleasant to deal with a REAL CREDIT to the company I’m sure they have other salesman but Jack for me made the experience of visiting Craigs Honda a really good easy way to look at buying a bike keep up the good work Jack
Not as advertise which is very misleading . Looked at a bike online and notice that in some of the pictures marks/scratches on one side panel and on the tank. sent an email to one of the sales guys (Keith) and asked if this was correct or was it camera flash bonce back? he replied to my email to say no marks on the side panel and tank so I parted with my 8k. I had the bike delivered because I live 3 hrs away and to my horror scratches on side panels and tank which will require painting to deep to be polish. Call Keith and said send pictures which I did. Had phone call from his boss to say "bring it back and we will return your money" I explained that I live over 3 hrs away and that I had he bike delivered and I wont to keep the bike he continued on the path bring the bike back. Not at any stage did he offer any type of apology just said that now that the bike has left them nothing more can be done. When I first made an enquiry with Keith regarding the bike I said that I will come to the dealership and view it for myself, Keith said that I could but what you see in the photos is what you get. Now I know what's he was talking about. Would I buy or recommend Craigs Honda NO WAY
Well... they advertise a bike as unmarked and claim to hold the V5.. the bike gets delivered with the paint on the tank trashed and no V5...ive spoke to various representatives but been told so many stories I feel like a teen again watching jackanory..4 weeks later still no V5...cant tax, sorn or even ride the bike..ive even made my own application for a new V5 ...thats another £25 I'll never get back from these cowboys...
I will post below my e-mail to Craig's Honda from 28th December for readers to make up their own mind about my what happened to me on 27th December 2021 on a bike I had bought from them in September 2021. Having received my e-mail I was called back by Matt (according to another review he is the owner's son but I don't know this for sure) the following day (29th December), only to be shouted and ranted at and to be told 'we don't want you or your bike here, go somewhere else. It has to be said that after the incident I had on a bike I bought from them in September '21 that was the very last response I expected. An apology and gesture of goodwill would have been a good starting point instead of being brushed off very rudely. Customer service skills - nil. Please read this e-mail I sent to Craig's Honda on 28th December; if this saves just one person from having the same thing happen, with a possibly worse outcome then I have achieved what I wanted with this review: Hello, I spoke to Matt on 27th December 2021 to inform him that my Honda CB650R had died on me mid-traffic and Honda Care was on it's way. I called to check when you were re-open and if there was warranty as it is a 3 moths old bike. When the AA guy arrived and examined the bike it transpired that it was in fact the Oxford heated handle grips fitted by Craig's Honda in house that caused this. Two issues of negligence on your part became apparent. Firstly, you left a live wire uncovered against the petrol tank (I have a photograph of this) and it rubbed itself bare, hence fusing and causing the bike to stall in traffic!!! This clearly outlines the second part of your negligence, namely the Oxford grips are fused into the MAIN fuse of the bike so if any issues arise (which they did), the bike will just clonk out mid ride! I have put my concern to Honda UK and I am seeking legal advice. I just wanted to inform you that some serious negligence and a very lucky outcome (me still being alive) are of grave concern to me in regards to how you deal with the safety of your customers! I have zero confidence in Craig's Honda Shipley after this incident and will be seeking compensation. Hopefully someone senior at your outfit will have the decency to get in contact with me about this and not shirk your responsibilities from what could have so easily been a fatal error on your part. Sincerely,
I have purchased 2 bikes from Jack at Craigs Honda now, I got a good deal on part exchange for the new bike. Jack is always very helpful and polite. I turned up for the bike and it was all sorted in about 15 minutes. Cheers Jack ☺
Well today I spoke to the dealership Lol. I’m glad I have a sense of humour. So to recap I placed a deposit down on a used bike. I had a bereavement in the family which changed my situation. So I email and asked for my deposit back to which I was told it was none refundable. Then I was told it would be put into my account so when I wanted to buy a bike from them it would be there. Well wait for it, I emailed Jack and he said it was in this account to use when I was ready to buy another bike. I told him I wasn’t happy about this and was now not considering to to unforeseen circumstances I was in. So he past it on to management. Now I know what your thinking management called and sorted it out. Lol not on your Nelly so I placed a review. And sent an email to Matt (management). I was told because I had made a review on trust pilot I could fight for it in court which I emailed I would do to get some response. It worked they call to give me the answer which I recorded the call buy the way for evidence, that I could take them to court as it would cost me more in the long run as they were good for it. Well they lit the fuse paper as now I’m writing to trading standards and I’ve see a few others on here with similar complaints. So this is for you and Karma will be a wonderful thing into not about the £250 now. Matt you are a fool.
Absolutely useless, didn’t call me back wouldn’t valve service the bike which was due within 300 miles of purchase as agreed prior, incorrect tyres fitted and salesman Keith couldn’t be arsed. Quite possibly the worst Honda dealer in the country
I put a deposit down on a bike £250.00. I have a death in the family so i couldn't go through with the purchase. So i asked to have my deposit back due to the circumstances. I was told it will go onto my account?? I live in Cornwall and not Yorkshire so going in and making a purchase isn't going to happen. Firstly i have no account no account number and was told they deposits are non-refundable!!!!!!!!!!! I was told this when i asked for it back and not when placing the order. Do now i intend to take the matter further. Totally discussed. You know who i am so sort it.
Enquired about a used Honda NC750X DCT. Dealt with Kieth in sales who told me it was a 1 owner bike with a full service history with Craigs Honda and I could have delivery by the end of the following week so I bought it. I asked if I could have a video of the bike but was told they don't do that (Not sure that was actually correct) It was actually a 2 owner bike with a service history from an independent dealer not Craigs Honda and arrived a week late. When I raised the "Mis-information" issue with Kieth he apologised but that was it. I expect Honda main dealer staff to give the correct information to a prospective customer. The plus is I do like the bike.
Great experience from the start. When down to have a look at a few Africa twins, after a few test rides on different models we came away with 2!! Would advise anyone looking at buying a bike to go to them first. Matt especially couldn’t do enough for us !! Will be back
I enquired about a motorbike and went to see it at their Shipley show room. I thought the service and advise was really good and professional at all times. I was positively engaged by Jack throughout and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Mar 15,2023On 20.2.2023, my son saw a Gas Gas 300 TXT trials motorcycle advertised on Ebay, by Craig's of Dewsbury. A 2017 model, which we arranged to collect at 3.30pm. There was a miscommunication and the bike was not ready. Craig's apologised for the mix up and we took delivery later. We returned today to pick up spares and the lad in "Parts" could not have been more helpful. In life, mistakes happen, but how they are resolved is more important to me. We met the owner who was friendly, honest and a pleasure to deal with. He generously compensated my son for the inconvenience and left us with a very favourable impression. This is a large motorcycle dealership who have an extensive range of off road bikes and accessories, which I would recommend and will shop there again.
