Jul 22,2023Fantastic service. Travelled with two cars both containing a wheelchair user and one other adult. On arrival at the port we were helped with the cases which were taken to the drop off point leaving us to only worry about the wheelchairs and hand luggage. When we got back to the port the ground staff from the port helped us over to the CPS desk and we planned on just doing a few trips back and forward to the car but by the time I had taken the first lot of cases some very helpful CPS staff had followed with one of the wheelchair and the remaining case. Reminded us why we always book cps!

Jul 22,2023We arrived at the terminal, staff helpful and polite. Staff took photos of our car and took our key. Collection of car keys was quick and easy. Car was in location as stated. Would recommend CPS.

Jul 22,2023Drop off was easy, even during busy oeriods there were plenty of staff to help. Within 10 minutes of arriving car had been photographed and handed over. Upon return short walk to the kiosk, get your receipt scanned they hand your keys over with a label to which row your car is in. Highly efficient and friendly service, would happily use again.

Jul 22,2023Always use CPS for parking on a cruise. The ease of unloading the car and CPS driving it away to adjacent secure parking area gives me confidence all will be well. The ease of taking my luggage to the car and picking up the keys is so easy on my return. I have a few cruises booked and all parking is secured with CPS

Jul 22,2023Made to park under a canopy which was helpful. Car is photographed, to avoid later misunderstandings - like a rental place . All happens very quickly. Hand over keys and cross the road - to your cruise. On return, collect keys and drive off from the carpark right next to the terminal. Clockwork! Worked to perfection for us.( I have shivered for 20 minutes, jostled for space and sprained my back in many a “long stay - airport carparks”).
