Jul 22,2023From booking the parking with CPS, to dropping off and collection could not have been any easier. Drop off was slick, with photos taken of your car before handing the key over. You are given a ticket to retain and on disembarkation you cross the road to an office and your key is returned with details of the row where you can locate your car. The cars are parked sufficient distance apart so you can easily load your luggage. From getting of the Iona to driving put the carpark was less than 20 minutes. Absolutely great. Would definitely recommend the car parking service as could not be more convenient. Cost also relative to airport parking and this was much easier.

Jul 22,2023Super easy and plenty of people there to direct where to go. Drop off was busy, but considering how busy it was efficient with no problems and pickup was super quick. All in all, very well organised service and would defo use again.

Jul 22,2023Very easy and straightforward. Arrived at the terminal, excellent signage, staff very helpful and polite. Photos taken of car at point of drop off. Collection very straightforward, car picked up and away within minutes of arriving at kiosk. Staff again very helpful, car exactly where stated on attached label. Would highly recommend.

Jul 22,2023This was our first cruise and as I use a wheelchair we were worried how we would cope with parking and all the luggage. We needn't have worried. The staff were extremely helpful, parking was really easy, and as we had booked a disabled spot it was not far to get to the boat. The porters took our luggage for us and we really didnt have to do much ourselves. We have booked another cruise, and will definitely use them again.

Jul 22,2023I cannot recommend this service enough!! Friendly staff available every step of the way to direct you accordingly. Car park within 2 minutes of the ship and everything is highly organised and efficient. This service honestly took any anxiety out of parking our car at the port, both on leaving to go on holiday and also coming back. We have never used this service before but will definitely use it again! A big Thankyou!!!!

Jul 22,2023Disappointed with how we were treated upon arrival at the terminal for our cruise. The attendant didn’t know what a blue badge on the car meant and made it awkward getting one of our passengers to the terminal departure door. Coming home was very easy and efficient and it was much more calm. Will use again
