Jul 20,2023Very smooth & efficient service. Everything went very smoothly. Almost no waiting to check the car in directly outside the cruise terminal and only a 1-2 wait to collect the car from a car park just across the road. The only down side is that is is a little expensive but I guess you have to pay that to get the convenience.

Jul 20,2023We used the assisted parking as my wife uses a wheelchair and it was seamless from the moment we parked our baggage was taken for us and when we got in the terminal we were provided with assistance onto the ship and we were shown the muster point and shown how to get to our cabin. We had assistance on disembarkation and that was seamless also taken of the ship straight to the car via the baggage hall all I can say is excellent it rounded off a wonderful holiday.

Jul 20,2023It was simple, started and ended the cruise with no hassle. Gave them my car keys took out my cases passed to the ship which was yards away. On coming a little longer walk maybe 150yds picked my car keys up and reloaded my cases. Simples really!

Jul 20,2023directions were not too good because an operative in the short stay said park here and they will collect car. after 20 minute and talking to someone in the know we were directed to the correct place. leaving with £100 fine for not paying. the port manager sorted it. this was not the fault of the parking company who were great. just don't get caught out. parking was easy and easy to collect car.

Jul 21,2023This was such a stress free way to leave the car whilst we sailed over the Atlantic. We were met with friendly staff who explained the procedures clearly. On our return the car was easy to locate in the car park and started without problem.
