Jul 18,2023CPS have this down to a fine art. You are met by staff at the terminal who give you a card for when you get back. It’s just across the road to the cruise terminal. When you get back you take your card to the office and they tell you where your car is and you get in and drive away. Simple.

Jul 17,2023Easy process from start to finish. Booked and printed details. Upon arrival at the dock we were shown to a queue where the friendly staff took pictures of the car and we handed over out keys. We then were given a card with a QR code for when we returned. When we arrived back we made our way to the car park, we gave the QR code to the friendly staff who then gave us our car keys with the location. The men in orange jackets then directed us to our car. We put the luggage in and drove off. We eould definitely use them again, we couldn't fault them at all

Jul 17,2023So straightforward and easy with this company. I have used them several times now and am booked again for next year. Expect helpful, friendly staff. Wait times vary but never too long. About 5 minutes this time. A good start to your holiday.

Jul 17,2023Was impressed how well organised it all was drove into the port and directed into a lane was met with pleasant members of staff who took photos of the car and took the key and that was it 5 mins maximum and even faster when we got off great service will use again

Jul 17,2023Good experience on arrival with car drop off. However on return was disappointed with the organisation for collecting my car keys and directions to find my car!? It was chaotic queueing for the keys and pleased it wasn't raining!!?...then trying to find our car was a lengthy time as there was no clear marking and we only found it by spotting the car!! Suggest some shelter would be good whilst queueing much better area parking signage is needed.

Jul 17,20231st time using this service at Southampton. It went exceptionally smoothly and quickly at both drop off and pick up. As a disabled motorist I get worried about access to the vehicle when required, this was facilitated without any issues at all.

Jul 17,2023As this was our first cruise I was a bit apprehensive about the parking having read reviews about different parking at airports etc but this was the simplest and best we could have wanted. I booked parking with the cruise package all instructions sent by email put a paper in the front with the ships name and went to the dock park met by a young man who photographed all round the car took the keys off me and we took the luggage. When we came back it was no more than 10 minutes off the ship collected the keys and leaving the port. A very efficient parking operation and would definitely recommend you to anyone else.

Jul 17,2023Great service First time I’ve used the company, drop off was reasonably efficient, easy to roll cases across to the cruise terminal. Collection was very swift, walked 3 mins to office, collected keys, found car and away. No queues on Saturday morning, a real surprise. One idea for future cruises: you are given an arrival time by P&O but this is only for passenger check in, not bags or car park. I will drop car early, drop big bags at terminal then have a leisurely walk/shop/lunch in Southampton city centre before boarding.

Jul 17,2023Fantastic and well organized, courteous staff, very friendly and helpful. Drive right up port side, park, take out luggage and put on trolley, wheel across road and drop luggage and short walk to security and ship! Great experience, highly recommend!

Jul 17,2023Brilliant service.We were met by some very lovely courteous people and given fabulous instructions what to do with our car. Took our luggage out ,trolleys were sitting outside where we parked… so quick and efficient ! On the way home we were directed straight out no que got out keys and we were on the way back to Scotland within 10 minutes . Thankyou ! Would always use CPS 👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏
