Jul 20,2023The whole process was well organised, from clear written instructions prior to travelling, to being signposted where to go on arrival. It was so easy to drop the car off right in front of the cruise terminal and collection was equally as easy, with minimal queuing. Would definitely use again.

Jul 19,2023Parking with CPS is part of the holiday, this is where it begins and ends. Easy and effortless from booking to picking up the car at the end of the cruise. I have used CPS for several years now. You get greeted near the luggage drop area by smiling friendly staff, who ensure you there is no rush but making sure you have everything out of the car that you need for your holiday. On return the signage to where to go is clear and placed so you can see it plus at least 2 CPS staff members directing the way. The staff in the key lodge welcome you back and check your receipt with smiles and direct you to where your car is parked. Why park anywhere else when you get top service like this?

Jul 19,2023We have always cruised with P&O and always used the CPS parking. Extremely pleased with the whole experience. Staff friendly and professional, from, taking photos of the car before taking it to be parked on our outward journey. Then the ease of retrieving the car key and finding the car for our homeward journey. Well done.

Jul 19,2023Excellent service. The staff were very courteous and they knew exactly what they were doing. Just parked the car the admin took a few minutes and then we were able to walk to the cruise terminal. On the return journey again very efficient only took less than 5 minutes to pick up my keys for the car. Would certainly recommend using their service.

Jul 18,2023Used cps before but it’s got even more efficient ! More and more passengers on big ships but their service seems to easily cope with the numbers. So easy to use with minimal waiting times . Will use again of course.
