Feb 25,2025No stars if I could . Bed arrived damaged . Impossible to get hold of anyone. The bed was warped . I ordered a bunkbed very disappointed to be honest the quality is awful . Also when you order they give you no form of tracking or tell you when your item will show up . You have to constantly chase them . It’s a nightmare I shall not be ordering again from this company. If anyone wants to shop from this site . Just don’t go some where else.

Feb 12,2025Pretty awful outcome to a purchase. We bought an Ava high sleeper in July , and assembled it only to find that the wardrobe assembly was 1cm too tall to fit under the bed. Sure that we missed something, we (and about 6 other family members, including a professional joiner) attempted to figure out what we did wrong, but it was just simply not manufactured correctly. We told this to Cuckooland customer service, who worked with us initially to check all possibilities, but in the end a) refused to call an actual joiner out to take a look to confirm out suspicions, and b) refused to arrange a return of the bed, in violation of the Consumer Protection Act. After months of back and forth, we finally out of desperation accepted a 20% refund, which has still not yet been paid. We are livid, £600 out of pocket, and now have to get rid of the damn thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Feb 11,2025Would give 0 stars. Order not received. I ordered a bed, mattress and protector on 12th January with the estimated delivery within 1-2 weeks. The delivery date has been pushed back twice now which I've only found out from chasing it up myself. 5 weeks later and still no bed. They said its due to be delivered at the end of the month, which is what they said the first time around so I don't hold much hope. Also another big red flag - they're only replying to positive comments on trust pilot which just shows their inability to resolve problems or address faults on their behalf. they're not prioritising fixing their customer's issues, instead just ignoring them.

Jan 27,2025I bought a bed in October the internal spring mechanism for lifting the bed sheared off which was incredibly dangerous - the company argued with me despite it still being under warranty - I sent pictures - they then requested I take more pictures which meant lifting the bed again and causing me to put the frame on my head which was incredibly painful ., then they send out another identical part which concerns me to replace myself ( I needed to have someone come do this for me ) on lifting out the frame he noticed another section which was meant to be welded was no longer welded and again had detached and was unserviceable- I have now emailed them again and awaiting a reply. Frankly I will be issuing a claim for full compensation now - I’ve had enough - companies need to be held accountable for bad products.

Jan 20,2025Bed arrived this morning with the 2 main panels both broken! Iv sent email, messages on social media and tried their live chat yet it's impossible to get hold of anyone! My daughter now has no bed to sleep on tonight, with her surprise ruined! And myself and husband both had a wasted day off work!

Nov 16,2024Bought a cabin bed last year. Sadly poor quality and now a year later one of the parts is damaged. Got in contact to request a replacement for which we are happy to pay- no reply. If we can’t replace this part we just wasted £500. Would not recommend

Oct 19,2024Do not buy a bed from this company. I bought a child’s bunk bed for my 3 year old twins. When the bed arrived it was low quality and had damage in various places. We started constructing the bed and found that a key load bearing board had been manufactured without the inline nuts so could not be screwed together. As we were now half way in to the build and the house in complete disarray we had to stop and my children slept on mattresses on the floor that night. Next day tried the contact phone number (dead line) we were given no choice but to try and Bodge the build with items bought from local hardware shop. Bed now built but very disappointing general quality obviously made in china and sold to us at a huge mark up.

I purchased a £2,000 bed, they are only contactable by email and don't respond or take hours to respond, they promised me a morning delivery and the bed didn't turn up. You can't speak to a human, and they will only dispatch goods from Yorkshire once they have enough to fill a truck. Absolutely shambolic.

Aug 25,2024I have purchased and built (24/08/2025) the charlie mid sleeper bed set. Whilst I love the concept of the bed, primarily the attached walk up stairs. The quality of the finished product is however questionable, there is a lot of minor defects and quality of finish issues. With small gaps throughout, poor edging joining with glue seapages onto the face of wood, chipped laminate ate at edges where cutting occurred. The cupboard unit is missing two cam bolts (not yet built). But unfortunate as it's the last piece to be built. Please see attached some pictures. Also the mattress platform is 194ish cm meaning there will be gaps between the mattress and the foot and headboard. Also it is wider than a mattress. Which could also present problems. If I was to be on the market for another mid sleeper or future high sleeps I would see myself purchasing another flair product or indeed recommending. This is not a cheap item, but you would think it.

Ordered on 03.07.24 and delivered 05.07.24 Updated throughout the day on delivery time . Will definitely use this company in the near future

May 22,2024UPDATE: The delivery arrived within 3 hours of me speaking with them, so must've already been on its way. Not the best experience, but I got what I paid for at a good price. The have said they will refund me the express delivery fee. ORIGINAL: Ordered a BBQ from cuckooland.com using my PayPal account. Paid for next day express delivery, and received an order confirmation. 2 days later, and still no confirmation of delivery. After checking online, Cuckooland Ltd is in administration. My payment on PayPal shows as being taken by a company called Flair Furniture Ltd. I called them, and they are linked to Cuckooland.com but wouldn't tell me anything over the phone. The lady had access to their customerservice at cuckooland.com email address and said my emails had gone to their spam folder. She said she'd pass a message on to the department that would handle my order and they'd email me today. I'm not hopeful but will update here.

May 17,2024This was a present and it got delivered unwrapped! The only box it came in was the item box so had the item all over it, the person who it was for, opened the door for the delivery and now their surprise present has been ruined!

Apr 23,2024I purchased a faulty outdoor dining table set from cuckooland back in 2019- for context the set is currently selling for over £2000. I was given a replacement after a painful process of sorting out with them which seemed fine but the exact same problem has occurred with the new table. I have emailed them 3 times (2nd, 8th and 17th of April)with pictures and noted them of my rights under the consumer credit act and have still not received any response. I plan to call them tomorrow so will keep this post live to let you know whether it gets resolved or if this supposedly platinum award winning customer service company is ghosting their customers with complaints !

Mar 04,2025Bed looks beautiful was not to much of a fuss to put up took awhile but is sized wrong the single mattress & small double mattress don't fit right cause the measurements are way off the bed is bigger then the measurements say so I had trouble placing in my kids room had to place it where to he honest it's driving me crazy but after all I had to do to get it up all the screws and time to take it down to send it back was just way to much of a strain on my bad back otherwise would of sent it right back
