Sep 02,2021Cyclescheme is on offer via my employer, been thinking for a while to purchase an electric bike. The scheme means I save approx 34% off the cost of the bike, with monthly payments. I had to change the company I was buying from, as they wanted to charge me £100 to enable them to use the scheme!! One call to Cyclescheme and they reissued me with a new certificate for any vendor. I purchased the bike I wanted from Certini cycles and have had a positive experience with everyone. I think this scheme is a great idea to encourage people to cycle to work, and enjoy general bike rides and also improve fitness. I’m extremely happy with the whole process, which was very easy to set up, and now I’m enjoying bike rides and getting fitter! Thank you Cyclescheme!

Sep 02,2021I'm currently in the process of buying a bike through cyclescheme and cannot fault cyclescheme at all. Bikes are in short supply/ high demand and they managed to help me source one despite my own hours of fruitless searching/ phoning bike stores (thanks ANDY!) . Had a few admin things to work through and they've been flawless and friendly until now. Don't hesitate to sign up!

Aug 31,2021Good experience I expect a lot of factors have to align but in my case The scheme the employer and the bike all were good The process is a bit scary for a technophobe like me but I managed to navigate it. Cyclescheme include a I recommended insurer as part of the process called bikmo. I decided to give them a go to £100 a year seems fair for two bikes. Be prepared to understand the process and you'll be fine I'm naturally nervous but I had no problem with figuring it out.

Aug 14,2021Despite the first review I read about a stolen Bike! Get it and yourself insured, you muppet! Excellent customer service. Needed to change retailer on the certificate because the bike I wanted from them was no longer in stock when the certificate from my employer came through. Simple call to customer services who were very polite and helpful I had a new certificate for the new retailer in minutes, Well done! Plus you're saving on a New bike what's not to like?

Aug 13,2021My bike was stolen roughly 7 months into my year scheme. Despite saying that they're sympathetic to this happening, their process was incredibly poor. Their "solution" was to demand that I go out and buy another bike of equal value, and still continue to pay off the loan. They've given me nothing but contradictory information since then, saying that I didn't need to make the final payment of ownership, if I and my employer stated that my bike was stolen, which we did. Now it's 2 months after the end of my scheme, and they're asking for a final payment for a bike that they know was stolen, that they told me 5 months ago that I wouldn't have do this, if I reported it stolen, and told them that I'm not replacing the bike (if I could afford to replace the bike with my own money, I wouldn't have used the service in the first place would I!) In this time, I have continued to pay the rest of the loan. This I do not have an issue with. It's just one of those things, and I understand that having a bike stolen doesn't render the need to pay it off moot...however cyclescheme has consistently told me one message about being sympathetic to bike thieves, but consistently spoken to me, as if it were my fault. There has never been any sympathy with me. I've been incredibly disappointed with cyclescheme, and will NEVER be using their scheme again, even if it means needing to buy a bike bolt by bold, over 10 years.

Sep 27,2021I decided to get an e-bike to commute to work - the process was really straight forward - I found a bike I wanted and applied on Saturday - I had my voucher by Tuesday and picked up the bike on Thursday. I now cycle 20 miles per day and am feeling fitter already - not bad for 56. The savings on the e-bike are really good and have allowed me buy a better bike
