Had a problem where I linked my voucher to Liv only to find I couldn't purchase the bike I wanted from them (they don't allow you to buy cheaper bikes using the Cyclescheme which I was unaware of! Tredz do!). Called Cyclescheme who were super helpful and switched it over. Thank you!

Nov 12,2024Finally got my new shiny bike through cyclescheme. This is my 2nd time in 3 years that I have availed of this service and it is great. You will need to wait about 30 days for your certificate to be approved so bear this in mind when applying as you cant just walk into a shop straight away. Be patient and all will be well

Nov 07,2024Easy. Second time I've used the cycle to work scheme to buy a bike. I think it was even easier this time than before. Great follow up emails etc. with progress and checks that I got what I wanted. Faultless to be honest. Biggest problem was picking which bike due to the vast range of bikes and suppliers that use the scheme. A nice problem to have.
