Mar 07,2025Akiko was great and very helpful, very clear in a response to questions. And the process was simple and straight forward. EXCEPT For the notary business as somebody else has said. I had to take the license pictures a bucket of times and there were problems such that the notary I was working for had to refer me to another. Everyone was helpful and professional but the process was awful. The bulk of my day, that day when I did the notary business, was taken up with the process. So the lip service given to it being nice and simple is a problem. Personally, I'd rather someone say to me, "It can be a little cumbersome but we ask you to be patient." It's more honest.

Tried the virtual notary 3 times but the apostrophe in my last name broke the system, apparently, so they could not verify my identity and I had to go to an in person notary. Once that was done, it was smooth sailing! Thank you! (And fair warning to anyone with an apostrophe!)

She corrected my company name so that later there would not be a fee for me to occur, she also arranged to update the standard announcement on my telephone message which i did not want to the professional medical one i had been requesting for over a month from the previous account manager who just did "not get it!" And she was very professional just like me. LOL. Kudos to Her she is Brillant! I want her to take over my account and no one else. " Go CALI STRONG!" IF IT WASN'T FOR HER I WOULD HAVE LEFT.
