Mar 28,2024When I called to get a quote obviously got through to the sales team the guy was very polite and reassuring. Had my DPF cleaned and the DPF light is still on the same day after cleaning and is still now 10 days later. You get a 14 day warranty on it once the clean is done and I’ve called after care probably 5 or 6 times and had no answer or a call back so clearly once they have your money they don’t care. Thought I’d try the sales line and shock they answer straight away, pretty sure it was the same guy I spoke to initially and because he couldn’t get any money out of me his whole attitude changed to ‘I don’t care’. if you want reassurance on the money you’ve paid and good aftercare I wouldn’t go with this company, paid a whole load of money to still have my DPF light on. I have a photo of the DPF light still on with a time and date stamp and a log of the calls. Shocking customer service and a waste of my money. You can get companies that actually take the DPF filter off the car and do a thorough clean rather than cleaning it while still on the car, that quote was £30 extra with another company and I now wish I went with them rather than the cheaper and less effective company. £360 wasted.

Mar 28,2024Pleasantly surprised. Easy to book used the old fashion phone. Mechanic phoned as they said. Arrived on time. Carried out work quickly and efficiently. All vaults cleared and car now fully functional. Mechanic was Luke who was chatty but a very efficient young man.

Mar 27,2024I can't recommend this company enough. After having lots of trouble with my van and my local garage, we decided to use DPF after reading some great reviews. I was pretty desperate and their friendly staff booked me in for the next day. They were professional, friendly and reassuring. Baz came and fixed our van in an hour. He was knowledgeable and showed and explained the work carried out. Baz was professional, friendly and definitely knew his stuff. Thank you for getting us back on the road. Would highly recommend and use again if needed.

Mar 25,2024Sent an email this morning. Within a few minutes they called me, talked through my symptoms with the car and arranged for their Operator to come. Atilla arrived about an hour later and did all the diagnostic checks required. He was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. All checks done he reassured me that all was good apart from a throttle pedal sensor. Fabulous service. I’d highly recommend them. It’s great to find a company that actually give excellent customer service for a change. Five stars.

So convenient to have someone come to your home and do it. Motor driving a treat. Luke was very friendly, polite and professional. Credit to the company.

Mar 20,2024I have for the last 24 months been plaques with a fault in the exhaust system of my Jeep Grand Cherokee which I have owned from new. £1500 later and two separate washing of the filter I was in the same position. By chance yesterday I found the site of DPF Fixer which nobody recommended. When I telephoned this Company yesterday I was extremely assured that they could fix the problem. The employee Dave arrived by appointment and even telephoned to let me know the time of arrival.What a nice man who completely reassured me that after examine my Jeep Grand Cherokee , he could fix the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite and very efficient. What an employee for you to be proud of.I would certainly recommend your company and employee.
