Jan 02,2025Needed a battery jump and received fast response after requesting service online. The service man arrived in 20 minutes and within 5 minutes had my car running again so I could get to work. Great service and really liked their website as it was super user friendly. Highly recommend.

Jan 01,2025I got a call from my daughter and she had a flat tire. I went to help her, and wouldn't you know it, neither of us had a lug wrench. So we used the DrIVE app, and got hooked up with Arnold's Garage. The app said they would be there in 40 minutes, you could track the progess of the driver. He called me when he was in the vicinity. Was right on time. It took him all of 3 minutes to change the tire. He had a battery operated impact driver that he used to jack the car up and take the lugs off. The driver was very friendly and obviously very competent. We were on our way in under 5 minutes.

It took a long time and your GPS searchput us on wrong side of highway despite my repeatedly telling dispatcher eastbound, computer told driver westbound, she had to go 20 miles to turn around. She was a blessing. your computer needs improving

Dec 30,2024I told the guy that came out to my car that the battery probably needed replacing; I knew it was already dead. The technician showed up and insisted that there was a spark and my car would start. Start it did. The technician tells me to let my car run awhile, so I let it run for San hour. As soon as I cut it off it died. I left a request to return to replace the battery (as I was still stranded). Then I called AAA, of whom which your website alludes to be affiliated with, and they came out the same day and replaced the battery.

Dec 26,2024On Christmas Eve night, on a roadtrip from ATL to ABY, my family and I experienced a flat near exit 144 off I-75S at 7:25p. I rolled on my wheels off the exit and ended up at Buc-ee’s. At first I had called GA HERO, but because I was no longer on the highway, I couldn’t use that DOT service. Next, I googled for roadside service and ended up at driveroadside.com. The website was very easy to navigate & intuitive. I had an unused spare under my SUV, so I was able to continue with requesting tire service and paid before speaking to an agent. The agent I spoke with (I think her name was Leah) was courteous, concerned for my safety, and professional. I appreciated the texted updates regarding service provider ETA and my case number. I didn’t wait that long for dispatched service provider (approximately 40 mins). Dealing with driveroadside.com was a surprisingly pleasant experience during a very unpleasant situation. I say, “don’t leave home on a roadtrip without them.” You don’t know when you will need them.
