Dec 23,2024The driver was able to change where he dropped my car so it was closer to my house. He also dropped me at the rental car office. I wish that I had had money to tip him. He deserves a raise. I hope all of your drivers are that considerate when people are having a rough time.

Dec 21,2024I was driving home after dark when one of my rear tires blew out. I called for roadside assistance and they responded quickly . They promptly changed my tire and sent me on my way. The gentleman, who changed my tire was courteous and conscientious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Drive/Roadside folks were patient and friendly on phone, and the service provider was courteous and friendly when he arrived. This is who I’m calling if a “next-time” occurs.

Dec 21,2024I was stranded 20 miles from home with a dead battery. I was listening to the radio. I found your app on the phone and saw you respond to roadside emergencies. Your app is so easy to use and within minutes you dispatched help to me. I think it took about an hour for your man to arrive and less than 5 minutes to get my truck started. Sadly my error (listening to the radio with the truck off) cost me $199. But I got home safely. Thank you

Dec 19,2024It happened on a weekend. Most mechanics are closed but I was able to get a service call and how without a hassle and without having to call around. One call on the app and things happened! It was great!
