Dec 19,2024I requested a service that I immediately cancelled through their website, received a text confirming the cancellation and now my cc has been charged 200 USd. I called them and they told me that I should have called them on the phone to cancel and that the technician affirms he did the service. Join Better World club- same service for free

Dec 18,2024Very disappointed! I have aaa and accident hit your service on the website. The driver was so nice but for 199.99 for 30 seconds and the car battery died 3 minutes later is high way robbery.

Dec 14,2024After waiting for 1.5 hours for AAA, late at night in the middle of nowhere, in 15 degrees weather, we found this service instead. Downloaded the app, clicked "tire," saw someone had been dispatched immediately and was 5 minutes away. We didn't believe it. Watched the tracker count down, 4 minutes, 2 minutes, the truck pulled up, the guy was so nice, we were on the road in minutes. This is some kind of wizard situation. 5 stars.
