Dec 13,2024Immediate access. Original report was incorrect. When I called to get it fixed the rep was very helpful and polite and kept me up so date on the process. Tow truck driver was nice and professional and put me at ease. I don't know what I would have done without "Drive Roadside"

Dec 08,2024They gave us an eta and even though they were a couple minutes behind they called us and let us know they were on their way. Our spare tire was frozen in the trunk and the employee went above and beyond to get the tire out and even put air in it, as we were Not prepared! They were very fast and made sure we were informed on how fast we should drive and how far with the donut. We aren’t all knowledgeable about cars so I appreciated them making sure I knew. Definitely recommend!

Dec 06,2024Complete scam! Don't even bother!! My battery died and I needed a jump. I was parked in a residential area near my work and waited 2 HOURS for someone to show. They never did! I finally decided to call and spoke to a guy who sounded drunk or high or maybe both. He told me it would be another 35 minutes because the driver got a flat! Sure he did!! Even after another 45 minutes there was still no sign of anyone. Of course, I canceled and got charged $49 anyway. Even if someone from the company would have showed up I would have told them to go away and not even bother! The only silver lining...this forced me to renew my AAA membership. Get AAA, they're the absolute best !!!! 0 stars !!!!
