Dec 06,2024The technician arrived so much quicker than expected. He was professional, knowledgeable, and assured us that the battery had a lot of "juice" in it and that all it needed was a "jump" start due to the cold temperature.

Dec 05,2024I was impressed by how promptly I was contacted after filling out the quick online form. I was also impressed by how promptly a technician was assigned to me and I was given an ETA, which was accurate. A dead battery (or any roadside issue) is stressful and unpleasant, so feeling the sense of urgency and importance of my situation from DRIVE Roadside helped put me at ease. The technician called when they were on their way, texted when they were two minutes out, and let me know what vehicle to look for. They were friendly, comforting, and professional. I will HIGHLY recommend DRIVE Roadside.

Dec 05,2024The driver took 2 hrs to get to my stranded on the side of a highway 18 yr old daughter then saw the bolts were stripped from her trying to change it herself, he proceeded to yell at her then just get in his truck and drove away leaving her stranded. I have been billed 200.00 for nothing and I’m being told its for his gas and time and denied a refund so I suggest calling someone else this company clearly sucks

Dec 04,2024Absolutely the BEST in a tough situation! I got a flat tire this morning while driving to our kiddos’ school. I googled roadside assistance and randomly went with Drive Roadside due to reviews. I downloaded the app, sent my location and basic car info, and the app did a search for available reputable help in the area. BOOM, gave me options and how quickly they’d get to me. I made the payment ($160) for the tire exchange (using my own spare in the trunk) and was able to track them as soon as the employee received the notification and started driving to me. They got to me in less than 30 min, which is great considering busy school morning traffic. The guy was super nice, very fast and knowledgeable, and was kind enough to air up a separate tire. Great experience and will absolutely refer this app over and over!!!

Dec 03,2024My son got a flat tire on Sunday inside the airport parking area. I requested the service online, and Clayton was there in less than 30 minutes. The tire's lugnuts were damaged by the place where we purchased them and was unable to change out the tire. Clayton went above and beyond to help us out. He was able to fix the tire temporarily for a couple of days. My son made the hour drive back to the university and we were able to take it into the shop. We are so grateful to Clayton and the service he provided. On a cold Sunday evening. Thank you!

Dec 02,2024Roadside was quick and easy!!! The experience was great!!! the dispatch was there in 35 minutes, I was in a small town stuck on the side of the road at 1am! I will be using again if I need to and I would definitely recommend!!!

Dec 01,2024I was quoted $199.00 for just a SIMPLE winch out and these jerks send me to a company that wanted to over charge me... Mind you I was told that I wouldn't be charged until service was rendered!!! Which it was not and the moment I got off the phone I noticed that I was charged!!! Also, the tow company still wanted to charge me over $300 bucks!!! And added that they will not honor the quote!!! So, I'm stuck in the wash that could flood any time and it'll be two days before I get my money back!!! Never again I should have learned from Carla!!!! Bs third party apps!!!
