Oct 06,2024Nick showed up up got right to business put the cables on my battery I fired the car up and he suggested I get a new battery as seems my other one is going bad. Shook hands and we went our separate ways. And very friendly!

Oct 05,2024They charged me $200 just to waste 2 hours of my time and just tell me that they have sent my information to a towing company in Surrey. I was on highway one going westbound by Kensington exit. Never got assistance from any of them. Had to call a towing company in Burnaby.

Oct 04,2024I used Drive Roadside assistance for the first time on 10/3/2024. The response was timely, and the assistance provided by the employee was very good. He resolved the issue and was pleasant and respectful throughout our interaction. I would not hesitate to use them in the future if necessary.

Oct 04,2024I had a great experience. My daughter locked her self out of the truck and 5 minutes later after requesting assistance via online, I was given a call. They arrived within 20 minutes. I felt so much better knowing my daughter was taken care of right away.

Oct 04,2024Mike was excellent. Prioritized my request since the garage I was in was about to close and was super friendly and quick in diagnosing the issue and getting me the jump I needed for my battery. 10/10 would recommend.

Oct 04,2024We ended up with a flat tire on our RV . It was early on a Sunday morning. We didn’t know exactly where we stopped to get off road. I called with in minutes they had us located and a man scheduled to come fix the tire. Within the hour we were on our way.

Oct 01,2024My car needed a jump and I called for assistance. Initially the estimated time of arrival was 45-75 minutes, but they arrived in 6 minutes. I was both shocked and relieved by how fast they arrived. Thank you all so much.

Oct 01,2024My experience was horrible. It was the worse night in my life because of you guys. I got stuck in the middle of freeway because a battery of my ev died. Requested urgent help from you at 2:20am. Eta on website was 90-120min. At this time I sealed with 911. Then for the first time in my life I saw negative ETA (like eta -2min) I called you, they delayed my eta to 27 min and didn’t give me a chance to speak to a truck driver directly. I patiently wait and then I got another delay for 20 min, then another… things changed only at 5am when freeway patrol came to my car and called company by himself!!! He said that this should be illegal to leave a woman in the needle of freeway and giving her fake ETA and no info. I completely agree with him. Wanted also to mention that to every single operator I talked to I announced multiple times, that I have an ELECTRIC VEHICLE and I need A PORTABLE CHARGER, I do not need anything else. Of cause nobody ever listened to me and when the guy came ( AT 6:15 AM) he politely gave me booster cable for a basic vehicle, which has nothing to do with my car🥰 but there was nothing wrong with that guy cause he showed me a request from YOUR company which says that he received “battery service request” AT 6:00 AM.!!! So this company was giving me fake ETA during whole night and didn’t even provide a truck driver with proper information about my issue. Again, I agree with the officer, THIS TYPE OF SERVICE SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. I’m demanding my money back. I refuse to pay even 1$ for such a horrible experience. By the way, I have all the screenshots, pictures with time and everything to proof every single word I say
