Aug 09,2024You represented yourself as AAA when I asked when I called. I would have never used your services for a 199.00 charge if I had known. I am and always been a member of AAA. When I asked what 199.00 charge was for I was told it was just a hold if I needed something like a tow or a new battery. Very misleading. I’m 75 years old and retired from business on a fixed income… and can not easily afford this 199. Charge

Aug 09,2024Midway Wrecker service is amazing. Not only was the gal I talked to on the phone, the sweetest nicest and helpful person, but the driver Chris B. Was the friendliest fella, that really knows what he's doing and and me fixed up before I knew he had barely started, and way shorter wait than was quoted. Just an absolutey wonderful experience, thank you both so much, I am so grateful for your help. God bless 🙏

Taylor called a few minuets after that to let us know he was on his way. Taylor was great to work with and did a great job putting our safety first are foremost.

Aug 07,2024WORST EVER. I called for help with a tire change because the nuts on my tire were stripped (my car is used) and I wasn’t able to get them off myself. To not cause further damage, I called Drive Roadside and someone came out a couple hours later (after changing the arrival time 3 times and continuously pushing it back). When the person arrived they said “you stripped the nuts. I can’t help you” I told them the stripping was not done by me and my car is used and that’s the entire reason I called for help in the first place. He said they are “not allowed to even touch stripped nuts” and he would take photos and send them to the company explaining why the service can’t be completed. I asked if I would be charged and he directly said “no, we won’t take any money from you for this.” Less than 15 minutes later I got a credit card charge for $189. I immediately submitted a refund request through the website. A few days later they called me and left a voicemail requesting I call back to provide more information. When I called the number back, I was told that number is only for dispatching new services. I pushed further and that person “escalated” my request and then was able to give me another number that is supposedly for billing and refund issues. I called that one and the person on that line had zero clue what was going on on this planet and said that line was also not for billing issues. Then when she tried to access my request she said I was never charged by their company $189 and was instead charged $19.99 for a tire change. She’s saying this while I’m looking at my bank statement with a charge of $189. Absurdly poor customer service and disgusting that I was even charged in the first place.

Aug 07,2024I got a flat tire and if it wasn't for Driveroadside, I probably would still be there waiting for a major roAdside Assist compAny to send help to my location. But with driveroadside, my location was determined using google maps, and then I could see them on their app as they came to my rescue. Once there, the agent got right to work and in minutes I was back on the road.

Aug 07,2024The driver that eventually dispatched was nice and worked to get the battery started and made sure that I knew next steps if the charge did not work (which it did not). But waited almost 2 hours to get someone out after first company did not even show up. Still charged full amount with no discount for issues with no one coming for 2 hours.

Aug 06,2024The provider (I can’t remember their names) showed up quickly. They answered my call when I contacted them to see how far away they were and they arrived early. They were so kind and friendly. They worked quickly and got us back on the road. I want to add I pay for AAA and had ZERO luck getting their help. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Aug 06,2024You charged me $199.00 for a locked car. This is a rip off. I was not given this price up front. It took the “technician”. 5 minutes to unlock my car. when I asked the dispatcher how much it was she told me that it was “taken care of but did not quote price. Your company is very unethical.
