Jul 29,2024I had a blow out on my one of my tires on the Hwy, and I called as I did earlier that day cause my car battery was dead, they were fast with the jump start. But when it came to get a tire or a tow it took them 6 1/2 hours I was stuck in my car on the side of the Hwy with semi trucks driving at 90 miles per hour. I was not able to get out of my car as I just relocated to Florida, and been driving for the last 36 hours. I had spoken to 6 different ppl and a supervisor. And everyone I spoke to gave me a different excuse. I will not be using the road side assistance again, and I will let my car dealership friends know to tell there customers and other car dealers know to not recommend. You would think they offer a discount or something as I had already made a payment. But no nothing, and if you cancel the service scheduled you will still get charged. Read the fine print in there terms and conditions.

Jul 28,2024After my work at 1:30 am I went to drive home which is a half an hour away I noticed my car had a flat.I was panicking wondering what to do.it was to late to try and wake anyone at home to one get me and it was to dark and not a good end of town to be changing a tire.I decided to look on my phone to see if there was anyone out there who could help me. Found drive roadside and had a good review.so I tried them and was so impressed with there service.the company and the person coming kept in contact with me an all times to let me know ETA.which was quite fast. The gentleman was very friendly and informative and made me feel safe and assured me I’d be on the road soon.which I was. Knowing there is a company that is out there for people in need of help is a very comforting feeling. I would recommend this service 100% to anyone out there stranded as I was.Thank you!

Jul 28,2024Rosado did an excellent work. He called me to get my exactly locating, gave me the ETA and did the job in less than 5 minutes. I did everything by the phone. I wait for 35-40 minutes and in less than 60 minutes the job was done. Perfect !

Jul 30,2024The man was great. He was very nice. It took 2 hours for them to reach me, fine. Then charged $189.00 plus tip told it was an authorization and the driver said it would be much cheaper after completion, it wasn’t. I was 15 minutes away from them I used car side SOS. It was a total $69 plus tip on July 4th and he got to me within 15 minutes.
