Jul 16,2024When I suddenly got a flat, I didn’t know what to do and was incredibly stressed. So I Googled for help with a flat tire and saw this service. It was easy to use, easy to find my location and very easy to connect to help. The help I received was timely, friendly and made me feel safe. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly and efficiently the service was completed. I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend and will be letting my friends and family know of this service!

Jul 15,2024Rodrick, the Drive Roadside technician that was sent to assist with my trailer tire/wheel issue was extremely helpful. He was able to troubleshoot my tire and got me back on the road. He even followed me to the next exit off I-26 just to make sure I was ok.

Jul 13,2024The response time was immediate, and when I was sent a link to alert me who and when road assist would arrive, a phone number was included. I called the number, a pleasant woman assured me John would arrive in 20 minutes, as opposed to 60 minutes, she was correct. John arrived and was very nice and professional, and didn't laugh, when I couldn't figure out how to put on the parking break...overall a great experience in a trying situation.
