Jul 17,2024When I ran out of gas on the highway, it was late and I was very nervous. When I found drive roadside assistance, I was able to put in a request on their website to get fuel to make it to the gas station. I promptly received a phone call and the person on the phone reassured me and helped me finish the request and gave me clear instructions. The dispatched vehicle was on the way, and I received another call to give me a time frame. I felt reassured and had fuel in no time! It was a fairly smooth process during a stressful situation.

Jul 16,2024Saved the Day! My car battery died and Drive Roadside was very prompt in sending someone out to help me. The person that was dispatched was so polite and knowledgeable about my car. He went above and beyond to help me on a Sunday night when everything was closed. A little pricey but totally worth it!
