Aug 05,2024It was almost 11 p.m. and we had gotten a flat on I95. I called roadside and the woman on phone was was super nice and helpful. She even called highway patrol for me even though they never showed up. There was very little room to pull over on the shoulder where we were at and it was raining a d traffic wouldn't always get over as they passed... that was the reason for calling highway patrol. Anyways using the app we were able to see when our technician would arrive. It was about an hour, which isn't bad when you're in the middle of nowhere, before he arrived. I'm very capable of changing a tire but under my condition I am unable to at the time and we really needed the extra flashing lights for traffic. The technician got there and got us changed and back up and running. He even offered to follow me to next exit, as I needed more air in my spare. That would be the only thing I would suggest to them is to have some sort or portable air but other than that they were great. If your traveling it would be good to get some sort of roadside ins. I thought about it before we took our trip and didn't get it. Roads on 95 in SC are so much worse than in Florida and Georgia! I'm not sure if this company offers a yearly package but if they do I would look into it.

Aug 05,2024We had triple A, but when we got stuck in the absolute middle of nowhere they said it would be 250 an hour. We were in crisis and genuinely did not know if we would be okay. After one call roadside was dispatched, I was only charged ONCE and it was pretty cheap, and they genuinely saved us. Cannot recommend more.
