Mar 09,2023I purchased windshield wipers for my 1967 Chevy C20 truck. Item arrived quickly and well packaged! It was raining but haven't driven or try them yet. I did install them and they fit perfectly. They do look original.

Feb 21,2023It was in the early 1980's, when I got my first Eckler catalogue in Austria, Europe, which was my daily literature for years. Bought a C3 in 1989, got some parts from Eckler's also, no problem, list of available parts was still astonishing. What I want to say is, that I liked Eckler's, the company, providing a nice catalogue long before the time of online business, endless number of important parts and reliable delivery. Well, that's long ago, unfortunately, and it is making me sad. Bought a C6 in 2008, still driving this nice car, needed some replacement parts, wanted to place an order. Impossible to get anything else than US in the order form. Wrote 4 Emails to provided service address, did not get an answer, but instead was prompted twice a day to complete my order. This was just a waste of time, I got most of the parts by another supplier now, had first grade service, everything already shipped. I didn't want to believe, but Eckler's was yesterday. I'm very sorry about that!

Dec 19,2022Nothing short of thieves. Charged my credit card without authority then did nothing to rectify the issue forcing me to go back via the bank to retrieve the funds. Highly recommend avoiding these people and going with another supplier.

Nov 12,2022Nothing but problems - from their glitchy and slow website to them shipping to a wrong address. They wont even honor a return due to time even though they sent the wrong part. I will never use them again.

Aug 09,2022Very Poor Company, i came to usa to buy a classic car, wanted to take some parts to be shipped with the car. Mailed in advanced to ask if products are in stock and how long it would take to get items shipped, since i only had a few days, they mailed me that all items were in stock and it would take up to 5 business days to deliver. So ordered on their site. Nothing came (products in stock mentioned on site).. after 2 weeks still nothing, i was back in Europe. Called their support, and they told me they just mention things to be in stock to get the sale... Really not happy how they manage their company policy... cancelled and asked for a refund. Took another 2,5 weeks to get my money back... Never again i would buy from them again.

Mar 21,2023Sale and shipping were great, but the product was garbage. The patch panels were bent to the wrong size lengthwise. I had to unbend one edge and hammer it flat to try to make it fit. Even after doing this, the part was still a bit too short.
