After more than 3 weeks of waiting for an "in stock" part to ship, I checked back to see that they had increased the price of the part by over 80% and still listed it as "in stock." I called in to cancel said order, which was very smooth and easy (good customer service there), and placed an order at another vendor who shipped the same product out in two days. I understand supply chain issues are huge right now, but transparency needs to be first and foremost with companies to customers to ensure expectations are aligned. In this case, they were not, hence my review rating.

Three items on same order. Two smaller items came timely but 1 item (valve stem caps) very poor quality. Main item needed a seat cushion replacement not yet received. Ecklers Customer Service advised seat cushion would drop ship directly from distributor - Could or would not provide distributor contact info, tracking order, etc and stated “could be up to 2 weeks before received.” Not Good. Not Happy.

I would rate 0 stars if it allowed me to. Tried to order a good amount of parts from ecklers corvette and had nothing but issues. Half were back ordered and the few that were sent were the wrong parts. I spent several hours on hold waiting for customer service help. Now 7 months later I got a part that o had cancelled sent to me and my credit card charged. I called ( only spent 30 minutes on hold ) and they don’t know how or why this happened. They did say I will have to return it for my credit and it may take a while because they are short staffed. I would not order another part from ecklers even if they were free. Total incompetence and 0 customer service concern.

Nobody answers emails and goods ordered over 3 months ago don't arrive. It's no fun and absolutely dubious. I have no idea why anyone would want to trade online at all? Some people don't get it.... It's best to steer clear of this business. Great arc around this business make best.

My husband ordered leaf springs for his 78 Nova and the install kit on 03/25/2021. We bought it at Ecklers because it said in stock. It was in fact, not in stock. Paid for install kit and 55.10 for shipping on 03/27/21. Got an email 03/31 that my shipment is delayed, ok, I get it. June I sent an email for an update. September I sent an email for an update. November I received a response that my leaf springs were now on back order but should get them soon. January 4th my husband passed away. On January 20th got an email that the springs were shipped. On February 3rd I sent an email asking it's whereabouts. I got an email on February 4th that the card on file was inactive, so I called and paid it. Got tracking. On February 17th I called asking it's location because tracking numbers weren't working. Was told by cs that they did not know what happened to them. He replaced it with another set and I got them that weekend. Upon inspection about 3-4 days later I noticed that they were in fact a totally different order number. My husband ordered for 68-79 nova 5 leaf spring set. What I received was 67-69 Camaro 5 leaf spring set. According to theirs website it will not fit. I have sent emails and hours on the phone with them. According to a customer service rep. that emailed today, they will fit and is having the listing updated to reflect that. The past 3 weeks I have sent numerous emails, and called countless times. Yesterday I spent an hour and a half on the phone with them. I have also sent a complaint to the BBB. This place is a joke. It is in no way a reliable source for auto parts or anything actually. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save yourself the stress, it is NOT really in stock. Jennifer

I ordered totaled over $1800.00 from echlers in March of 2021 with a 30 to 60 day delivery date. Items came INCOMPLETE in August of 2021. Called customer service 6 times no answer E-mailed as they requested in the recording. Nothing happened. Called sales which answered in about 4 minutes, said I had a problem with an order and they hung up. Visa returned my money in February 2022. BEWARE

I recently made a purchase from Eckler's in the amount of: $3215.48. on December 31 2021. Looked at bank statement on: Jan. 3, 2022 noticed they not only took the $3215.48 but also took an additional $5,086.39 on top of that!!! I called customer service and they said that's necessary to make sure the money is actually in the account?? They said I would need to call back Jan, 4th 2022 because nobody was able to help at the moment?? Not sure what to do at this point its really frustrating and disappointing.

They show in their website 68-72 lower front spoiler indy style (In Stock) is the only reason I bought this from them,part never arrived and I called the lady said that it was not in stock at that point I told her to cancel my order fast forward Jan 3 2021 I get the spoiler, call again to return the part I canceled when I ask about $$$ return 6 weeks,I told the dude his co is crap,what I didn't tell him that I have been buying Fibre glass panels from them since they were next to auto acres in Milan ill ,I lived 100 miles away and would drive over to get my parts,and buy rebuilders next door at auto acres,so you screws off a 60 year customer and this could have all been avoided by not putting ( IN STOCK) never once had a problem with them when they were located in ill ill never buy another damm thing from these crook. FJB

I have tried to get a live person for customer service on an order we placed, with no luck after holding for hours. But... if you call to place an order the call is answered immediately.

This is a horrible company. They have no customer service. Presently I'm on hold, so far it's been 11/2 hours, I'm staying on hold to see if they ever answer. Sent wrong part, can't talk or get information from them. Can't wait to talk to them so I can tell them what I think of them, but they know I'm sure they are scum, never use scum, it only pass you of, I'm done!!! Since this happened, they have refunded me the cost so that is a positive for them, didn't make me send the party back, probably because it is known defective and probably cheaply made in china. So a point for them for the refund.

I don't know what they class as excellent customer service but it is the worst I have ever dealt with. I sent an email to them about my order from 4 months ago that I have not received yet. They say email response is 2-3 days. Over 2 weeks and still haven't heard from them. Thought I would call instead,. Put on hold waiting for them to answer. Waited over an hour both times. I don't know how this place stays in business but probably won't be too long before they close at this rate.

Ecklers SUCKS! bought a 1/4 panel on 7-2-21 only because they stated it was in stock. the order said 7 to 10 days. called 2 weeks in 10 times and never could get anyone. 10 emails later i finally hear back that it is 3 to 5 weeks out and is NOT in stock. I waited 6 weeks and still no part. they wont answer the phone, and give vague emails as to where the part is! save your money and go direct to Brookeville! I'm out 1300 dollars and have no parts! i cant even get them to acknowledge me! I desperately want to cancel my order and get my money back but how ? I'm placing a complaint with the BBB and calling my state attorney General for fraud if I'm not satisfied very soon! ECKLER equals CROOKS!!!!!!!!

What has happened to this once great company? It's impossible to talk with anybody. I was on hold for over 40 minutes. I can't recommend this company anymore and will only use them as a last resource. Reall y a shame.

Ordered four TPMS for my auto. Package came in mail a few days before my new tire appointment so I put it in my car. I get to my car appointment, open the box, to find only three parts in it. Shipping invoice said fourth was on back order. Wish I had opened the package sooner, Eckler made no effort to tell me it was in back order. When I got home, I was on hold 40 minutes before Lyndsay came on phone. I explained my frustration about situation and told her to cancel the order for part on back order. I found the part on EBay for half the price Ecker charged me. She cancelled it. Five days later I get an email from Eckler the part was shipped! WTH? I called Eckler, waited 25 minutes on hold to get someone. They said the package already shipped. I explained Lyndsay screwed up, they did not care. Not only did Eckler charge too much for the parts, they screwed me by not canceling the item. I will never buy from them again. Also worth mentioning I asked Lyndsay about their price guarantee on their website. She said she never heard about it.

Ordered a brand new top for my 85 corvette ($1000+), and it doesn’t line up. The top was rushed to me because I wanted a refund due to taking so long. So what they did was quickly slap something together and sent it to me. Ecklers lied to me and told me they would take it back and never provided shipping info. Called back and said we will not refund you a thing. Still months later and nothing from either company Astro tops or ecklers. So I’ll out $1000+ because of terrible service. STAY AWAY.

Ordered a set of sunvisors for $222.16 and received order confirmation to this effect, and Eckler's even shipped the product. While it was in-transit, they came back and charged me an additional 2% after the fact. I paid for shipping therefore title transferred when it left their dock. Looks like they had a cost increase after I ordered and had shipped and they are attempting to recoup that cost. NOT ETHICAL!
